    Abstract: A method analyzes global average grayscale change of tundish ink tracing experiment. The method includes the following steps: building a water model based on a prototype size and production parameters of a tundish; carrying out experiments by using the water model to obtain a video file of the ink tracing; processing the video file and extracting a characteristic curve of a global average grayscale changing with the time; analyzing the characteristic curve, and extracting a global peak grayscale time, a global tracer residual volume and a global emptying time as indicators for evaluating a tundish structure and flow characteristics of the tundish structure.

The bottom is provided with a channel running through the bottom. The sidewall is formed by upward extension from the bottom around the channel; the sidewall and the bottom enclose a holding cavity. The cleaning frame is configured such that the waste gas purification apparatus can be kept floating in the cleaning solution by the cleaning frame, and the sidewall (103) of the cleaning frame can at least partially float above the surface of the cleaning solution, so as to isolate the connecting component of the waste gas purification apparatus from the cleaning solution.

    Abstract: The present application discloses a gas control system for a reflow oven, a hearth thereof comprising a preheating zone, a peak zone and a cooling zone. The gas control system comprises: an oxygen detection apparatus, a first valve apparatus, a second valve apparatus and a controller. The controller is configured to control the degree of opening of the first valve apparatus and/or the second valve apparatus when the oxygen concentration detected by the oxygen detection apparatus does not satisfy a preset value, in order to enable the oxygen concentration in the peak zone to satisfy the preset value by adjusting the flow rate of working gas and/or air inputted into the peak zone. The gas control system and reflow oven of the present application first perform rough adjustment of gas in the hearth, such that the oxygen concentration in the hearth is substantially close to the preset value.
