Abstract: The method and apparatus of face lifting are invented for reducing facial sagging of aged people. The method comprises: 1) move up sagged temple, cheek and forehead tissues from sagged location to a higher location, 2) hold the tissues in the lifted location, 3) put a pressure on the lifted tissues. The apparatus comprises a cheek lifting band, a forehead lifting headwear and a facial pressure mask. Users can wear these for minutes or hours, depending on their preference and they can also use heat and/or massage to facilitate lifted facial tissues to stay in the lifted location.
