    Abstract: A resonant converter has a resonant capacitor between the input stage and the output stage. An output inductor arrangement of the output stage has a first inductor component and a second inductor component. A first output is coupled to a reference output by both of the first and second inductor components in series and connects to a first load with a first (high) forward voltage. A second output is coupled to the reference output by only one of the first and second inductor components, and connects to a second load with a second (low) forward voltage. Only one output connects to a corresponding load at one time. This enables a large output voltage range with low total harmonic distortion and/or low voltage stress on the components of the input and output stages.

    Abstract: The present disclosure, in some embodiments, relates to a method of mitigating domain shift. The method includes accessing a first imaging data set having one or more first images from a first site and accessing a second imaging data set having one or more second images from a second site. The one or more first images respectively include a first on-target region. The one or more second images respectively include a second off-target region. The first on-target region is modified using the second off-target region to generate a calibrated first on-target region. The calibrated first on-target region has a first domain shift with respect to the second off-target region and the first on-target region has a second domain shift with respect to the first on-target region. The first domain shift is smaller than the second domain shift.

    Abstract: A switch mode power converter input terminals to receive high voltage input power and output terminals to provide output power. The converter has a high side/float main power switch, a current sensing resistor and an energy storage component. A current setting circuit is used to control a current source circuit to drive a through a biasing resistor connected between the high voltage input and a reference voltage potential according to a grounded current setting. The high side power switch is controlled by a high side/float control circuit based on sensing a voltage across a series connection of the current sensing resistor and the biasing resistor. Thus the grounded current setting is transmitted to the high side control circuit without using complex level shifter circuit such as transformer or opto-coupler.

    Abstract: A LED driving arrangement has a main converter stage and a power commutation stage in parallel with an LED unit. An energy divert mode of operation is used during which a set current is provided to the LED unit, and the main converter stage is used to deliver a current larger than the set current. The power commutation stage is used to divert energy from the LED unit and return the diverted energy to an input to the main converter. The remaining set current is delivered to the LED unit. This enables deeper dimming than the dimming level applied to the main converter stage, but without requiring an additional switch mode power converter.

The magnetron (50) has a longitudinal dimension and a lateral dimension. The longitudinal dimension of the magnetron (50) is tilted with respect to the target (16) so the distances between magnets (52, 54) and the target (16) vary. As the magnetron (50) rotates during operation, the strength of the magnetic field produced by the magnetron (50) is an average of the various strengths of magnetic fields produced by the magnets (52, 54). The averaging of the strengths of the magnetic fields leads to uniform film properties and uniform target erosion.

    Abstract: A LED driver comprises two output contacts (310, 311) and an additional contact (312) which enables detection of connection of the LED driver to a LED module (301). The LED driver has a normal current regulating mode and an open circuit protection voltage regulating mode. The LED driver is switched from the voltage regulating mode to the current regulating mode in response to the detection of connection of the LED module. This enables a LED module to be connected to the LED driver while it remains powered, in particular because the LED driver is placed in a voltage regulating mode prior to connection to the LED module.
