Abstract: This application discloses a network connection method, a related apparatus, and a system. In the method, an electronic device may continuously borrow a network connection capability of another device to continuously access the internet, may temporarily borrow a web capability of another device to access a captive portal wireless network, or may temporarily borrow a network connection capability of another device to activate an eSIM or a blank SIM. According to the method, the electronic device may smoothly connect to the internet by using the network connection capability or the web capability of the another device, and communicate with the internet, to provide various services for a user.

Abstract: In a method for connection between a first electronic device and a second electronic device using a Universal Serial Bus (USB) system of the first electronic device, the first electronic device enables a first connection mode. The first electronic device allocates Internet Protocol (IP) addresses to the first electronic device and the second electronic device and the first electronic device disables transmitting data received using the USB system to a mobile communications system of the first electronic device.

Abstract: A networking method includes a first electronic device that establishes a communication connection to a second electronic device, and determines at least two different types of transmission channels between the first electronic device and the second electronic device. The transmission channels include at least two of a BLUETOOTH low energy transmission channel, a BLUETOOTH transmission channel, a WI-FI direct transmission channel, a Universal Serial Bus (USB) direct transmission channel, and an Ethernet data line direct transmission channel. During networking, the first electronic device determines first network access data and a data characteristic of the first network access data, determines, based on the data characteristic, a first transmission channel used to transmit the first network access data from the at least two transmission channels, and sends the first network access data to the second electronic device through the first transmission channel.

Abstract: A mobile network hotspot sharing method includes starting hotspot sharing, receiving, from a hotspot access device for a shared hotspot and after starting the hotspot sharing, a connection request, performing authentication on the connection request, and after the authentication on the connection request succeeds, allowing the hotspot access device to access the shared hotspot. Then, the hotspot sharing device receives data from the hotspot access device, and sends the data using an uplink network interface card of the shared hotspot, where the uplink network interface card includes a subscriber identity module (SIM) card that has activated mobile network data and that is in the hotspot sharing device, and the SIM card includes a non-default data service card.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present application provide a decoding method and a decoding device. The decoding device receives a second code word, which is transmitted from an encoding device based on a first code word. The first code word is generated by the encoding device based on a first encoded data sequence. After determining that a second encoded data sequence based on the second code word is not a correct replica of the first encoded data sequence, the decoding device performs a series of code element update processes to determining the correct replica of the first encoded data sequence.

Abstract: The embodiments of the present disclosure relate to electronic technology and provide a map superposition method and an electronic device, capable of solving the problem associated with low positioning accuracy and limited information available for users due to lack of detailed map information on a small area. A first image is obtained. First identification information contained in the first image and second identification information contained in a first map are adjusted and compared. The first image is superimposed on the first map to obtain a second map when the comparison indicates that a predetermined condition is satisfied. Operations associated with a map application are performed based on the second map. The embodiments of the present disclosure solves the problem associated with low positioning accuracy and limited information available due to lack of detailed map information on a small area and improves the user experience.
