  • Patent number: 11817801
Abstract: An electric motor speed controller includes a processor connected to the following terminals, a base voltage terminal receiving a base voltage, a first voltage terminal provided with a constant voltage, and a second voltage terminal receiving a first motor coil voltage from the processor, and a third voltage terminal receiving a second motor coil voltage from the processor. The processor provides a first control period having the second motor coil voltage be zero and a second control period having the first motor coil voltage be zero. The processor determines the motor speed by controlling a difference between a first time period in the first control period and a second time period in the second control period. The first time period corresponds to a first output voltage increase and the second time period corresponds to a second output voltage increase.

  • Patent number: 8499043
Abstract: One implementation provides a method for providing display information that represents a quantity of received email messages that have been held for processing by a specific entity for a predefined time period in an electronic mail (email) response management system. In this implementation, the method includes determining a first value associated with a first quantity of received email messages that have been held for processing by the specific entity for a first predefined time period, wherein each email message has been sent from one end user. Upon determination of the first value, the method further includes causing to be displayed in a graphical user interface (GUI) a first representation of the first value in spatial relation to representations of the specific entity and the first predefined time period.

  • Publication number: 20100137754
Abstract: The present invention provides a shock wave lithotripter system and a method of performing shock wave calculus fragmentation using the same, the system is composed of current commercial lithotripter with protection device made of special acoustic material. The protection device could change the diffraction wave produced at the edge of the shock wave reflector, focusing lens, or shock wave generator, leading to the reduction of the energy of tensile wave in the focal region and the subsequent bubble cavitation effect in the renal tissue. Therefore, the propensity of shock wave induced tissue injury could be suppressed. Meanwhile, with the increase of the number of shock wave delivered, the effect of bubble cavitation effect be restored gradually to guarantee the success of stone fragmentation. The present invention can be used in treating all kinds of calculus diseases and in physical therapies.
