The semiconductor package includes a molded semiconductor device, a first redistribution structure, and conductive vias. The molded semiconductor device comprises a sensor die with a first surface and a second surface opposite the first surface, wherein the sensor die has an input/output region and a sensing region at the first surface. The first redistribution structure is disposed on the first surface of the sensor die, wherein the first redistribution structure covers the input/output region and exposes the sensing region, and the first redistribution structure comprises a conductive layer having a redistribution pattern and a ring structure. The redistribution pattern is electrically connected with the sensor die. The ring structure surrounds the sensing region and is separated from the redistribution pattern, wherein the ring structure is closer to the sensing region than the redistribution pattern.

On the main body, there are provided a first socket group and a second socket group, which are electrically connected to the power source via the plug. The sensor unit is electrically connected to the second socket group for sensing an environmental condition and thereby generating a signal. The current control unit and the sensor unit together form an electric circuit, and the current control unit receives the signal generated by the sensor unit and turns on or cuts off electric current being supplied to the second socket group according to the received signal.

Abstract: The present invention discloses a connecting mechanism connecting bicycle auxiliary wheels with a bicycle, which comprises a first rod body, a second rod body, a baffle cover, a spring and a rotary cover. The first rod body comprises first side walls defining a containing space. A first through hole passes through the first side walls, and a first fixing base is disposed between another end of the first rod body and the containing space. One end of the second rod body is contained in the containing space and has a second through hole aligned with the first through hole for the second rod body to pivot around. One end of the spring is fit to the first fixing base and the other one is fit to the second fixing base. The baffle cover is fit to the second rod body and a rotary cover is disposed on the baffle cover.
