The trench capacitor is electrically coupled between the first through-via and the second through-via. A second device die is bonded to the first die. The second device die includes second integrated circuits, and power nodes of the second integrated circuits are electrically coupled to the first through-via and the second through-via.

A first through hole passes through the first side walls, and a first fixing base is disposed between another end of the first rod body and the containing space. One end of the second rod body is contained in the containing space and has a second through hole aligned with the first through hole for the second rod body to pivot around. When the desk lamp is put into use, the magnifier component is combined with the receptacle as a desk lamp. The whole assembly is convenient.
