  • Patent number: 10088459
Abstract: A liquid-mixing device that minimizes solvent leakage and reduces creep of or damage to the component parts of said liquid-mixing device even at ultrahigh pressures of 100 MPa and up. Also, a liquid chromatography device using said liquid-mixing device. Said liquid chromatography device is provided with a supply pump that supplies a plurality of different solutions, a liquid-mixing device that mixes the supplied solutions, a sample injection device that injects a sample into the mixture of solutions, a column that separates the components of the injected sample, and a detector that detects the separated components. The liquid-mixing device has an inlet-side connector through which the plurality of different solutions flow in, a liquid-mixing section in which said solutions are mixed, and an outflow-side connector through which the mixed solutions flow out.

  • Patent number: 9709714
Abstract: A curved surface diffraction grating fabrication method for fabricating a curved surface diffraction grating having a desired curvature with high accuracy, includes: a step of forming a diffraction grating pattern on a flat-shaped silicon substrate; a step of curving the silicon substrate on which the diffraction grating pattern is formed, by pressing, in a heated state, a fixing substrate having a shape with a desired curved surface onto the silicon substrate and of fixing the silicon substrate on which the diffraction grating pattern is formed to the fixing substrate having the shape with the curved surface, to fabricate a curved surface diffraction grating cast; and a step of bringing a member having flexibility into contact with the curved surface diffraction grating cast, to transfer the diffraction grating pattern to the member.

  • Patent number: 9631924
Abstract: To provide a technique that can measure a surface profile of any test object in a nondestructive manner and noncontact manner, highly accurately, and in a wide tilt angle dynamic range. In white light interference method using a dual beam interferometer, the technique is configured to be capable of changing a surface orientation of a standard plane with respect to an incident optical axis on the standard plane, acquires, while relatively changing the surface orientation of the standard plane with respect to a local surface orientation in any position on a test surface, a plurality of interferograms generated by interference of reflected light from the test surface and reflected light from the standard plane, and calculates the local surface orientation on the test surface from the interferograms to thereby measure a surface profile of the test surface.

  • Publication number: 20140318224
Abstract: A high-pressure constant flow rate pump transfers a solvent from a low-pressure side liquid transfer system even if a difference between mixing ratios is large when solvents are mixed during high-pressure gradient liquid transfer. A pressure detection value from a second pressure sensor and a pressure detection value from a fourth pressure sensor are compared with each other. If the pressure detection value PA1 of the second pressure sensor is equal to or greater than the pressure detection value PA2 of the fourth pressure sensor, a second check valve comes into an opened state and operation is ended. If PA1 is less PA2, leakage determination is implemented. If it is determined that no leakage occurs, the type of the solvent is identified. A compression distance of a second plunger which is determined for each solvent and stored in a memory is added and the first plunger is driven.
