  • Publication number: 20170203806
Abstract: The present disclosure provides a method of supplying fuel for a motorcycle engine. The method includes the following steps. A tank, a pipe and an injector are provided, and the pipe is connected between the tank and the injector. Fuel in the tank is transported to the injector through the pipe, and a pressure of the fuel in the pipe is in a range larger than 2.5 and smaller than or equal to 4.0 kg/cm2.

  • Patent number: 9382862
Abstract: An air-fuel parameter control system includes an injector, an air-fuel parameter sensor, a fuel film parameter calculation module, an air-fuel parameter prediction module and a fuel injection calibration module. The injector injects fuel into an intake manifold. The air-fuel parameter sensor detects a detected air-fuel parameter in an exhaust pipe. The fuel film parameter calculation module calculates a fuel film parameter relating to a fuel film accumulated the intake manifold based on the detected air-fuel parameter, an amount of the injected fuel and an amount of air flowing into the engine. The air-fuel parameter prediction module predicts a predicted air-fuel parameter based on the detected air-fuel parameter and the fuel film parameter. The fuel injection calibration module calibrates the amount of the injected fuel based on a difference between a reference air-fuel parameter and the predicted air-fuel parameter.

  • Patent number: 7194899
Abstract: A method for estimating crank angles and rotation speeds of an engine, having a signal processing unit to generate a dynamic sampling signal based on the tooth number signal of the crank detected by a crank angle sensor, an estimation unit designed by a discrete kinematic model and containing an estimator and a feedback gain matrix to read the dynamic sampling signal, and a crank rotation stroke discriminator allowing the signal processing unit to calculate a more precise crank dynamic sampling signal, so as to preclude external noises to interfering control of the engine.

  • Patent number: 6098577
Abstract: An internal combustion engine cooling device, comprising: a cylinder, having a lower end with an oil reservoir containing oil; a piston, moving inside the cylinder; and a crankshaft, mounted on the lower end of the cylinder. The crankshaft is connected to the piston, performing a rotating movement, further having several counterweights which take part in the rotating movement and partly dip into the oil during the rotating movement. Each of the counterweights has an oil reserve duct, which ends in an oil duct inlet and an oil exit and dips into the oil during the rotating movement. Thus oil is allowed to enter the oil reserve duct through the oil duct inlet, undergoing a centrifugal force and being splashed out through the oil exit, such that the cylinder and the piston are cooled and lubricated.

  • Patent number: 5964198
Abstract: A lubrication system of an internal combustion engine is composed of an engine oil case and an engine oil pump located in the engine oil case such that an inlet of the engine oil pump is located in proximity of a geometrical center of the interior of the engine oil case. The engine oil kept in the engine oil case can be thus conveyed efficiently to all moving parts of the internal combustion engine even at the time when the internal combustion engine is tilted.

  • Patent number: 5107810
Abstract: An impingement combustion chamber internal-combustion engine comprising mainly the piston, cylinder head and fuel injection. The exhaust side of a piston crown has a block-wall facing the spray direction of a fuel injection system. The top of the block-wall closely mates with the cylinder head. In the compression stroke, the piston moves from bottom dead center to top dead center and the nozzle fuel spray is injected to the block-wall. The fuel spray then absorbs high heat at the central portion of piston head to accelerate fuel vaporization. When the block-wall closely mates with the cylinder head, producing a high squish air motion, the fuel and air mix homogeneously, therefore, the air fuel mixture near the spark plug is easy to ignite and exhaust emissions are reduced.
