  • Publication number: 20240338627
Abstract: Computer implemented method, systems, and computer program products include program code executing on a processor(s) mapping, based on analyzing two or more nodes over which tasks comprising the workflow are distributed, each node to one or more parameters utilized to evaluate efficacy of the workflow. The processor(s) determines, based on the mapping, costs associated with each node and costs associated with changes to each node. The processor(s) identifies tasks in the workflow that can be changed to counter disruptions impacting at least one parameter of the one or more parameters utilized to evaluate the efficacy of the workflow.

  • Patent number: 12085534
Abstract: A method of measuring dissociation of the biomolecular bonds in one or multiple sample wells using super-resolution force spectroscopy (SURFS). SURFS utilizes precise ultrasound radiation to exert an acoustic radiation force on the biomolecular bonds labeled with magnetic particles. The force-induced dissociation of the protein bonds labeled with magnetic particles may be measured as a reduced magnetic signal by a magnetic sensor. The force resolution allows for differentiating biomolecular bonds with an extremely high level of precision. The biomolecular bonds include protein-protein, protein-nucleic acid, nucleic acid-nucleic acid, small molecule-protein, and small molecule-nucleic acid interactions.

  • Patent number: 12056469
Abstract: Methods and systems for generating a computer program for a governance, risk, compliance (GRC) system are described. In an example, a processor may detect a change among a plurality of objects in the GRC system. The processor may generate a snapshot of the plurality of objects in response to the detected change. The snapshot may include the detected change among the plurality of objects. The processor may train a machine learning model using the snapshot. The trained machine learning model may indicate relationships among a set of related objects, where the related objects may be among the plurality of objects. The processor may generate a computer program based on the trained machine learning model. The computer program may include a set of instructions for setting a field value of an object among the set of related objects.

  • Patent number: 11226989
Abstract: Providing dynamic, interest-based change notifications includes detecting an event for an artifact managed by a collaborative system, determining a user subscribed to the artifact, and, responsive to the event, calculating a score for the event using a processor. The score is user-specific and indicates a level of interest of the user for the event. The score is compared with a threshold score. A change notification of the event is sent to the user responsive to determining that the score exceeds the threshold score.

  • Publication number: 20170322970
Abstract: A computer identifies editable text fields within a file and extracts the contents, if any, from the identified editable text fields. The computer identifies one or more tags associated with the extracted content and stores the extracted content in association with the identified tag. The computer then determines, when displaying the editable text fields on a device, whether to replace the extracted content with one or more selectable tiles corresponding to the tags associated with the extracted content. Based on determining to replace the extracted content with tiles corresponding to the tags associated with the extracted content, the computer displays selectable tiles corresponding to the tags associated with the extracted content instead of displaying the content itself. Responsive to receiving user input from a user selecting a tile, the computer displays the content associated with the tag corresponding to the selected tile.
