The first member is formed with a hole that is constituted by a hook hole for hanging and a cut-out hole that a part of the hook hole is cut-out downward. The second member is provided with a tab for opening at a position opposite to the cut-out hole when the first member and the second member are closed. That is, there is provided with a portion that the first member and the second member do not overlap with each other in the periphery of the hook holed.
