The winding mechanism is installed at one of a vehicle body and the back door and is connected to an end of the wire. The winding mechanism winds and releases the wire according to a command signal. The guide pulley is installed at the other one of the vehicle body of the back door with respect to the winding mechanism and supports the wire. The tension mechanism is connected to the other end of the wire and always pulling the wire. The stopper prevents the wire from being sent from the tension mechanism at a predetermined point.
