  • Publication number: 20150287500
Abstract: A pipe includes a cylindrical tube main body in which electric wires are arranged, and a partition wall extending from an inner wall of the tube main body and partitioning an inner space of the tube main body into a first area and a second area. The partition wall includes: a pair of end convex portions and a concave portion. The end convex portions are edge portions of the partition wall and adjacent to the inner wall of the tube main body. Each of the end convex portions curves so as to protrude in a direction from the first area toward the second area. The concave portion is between the pair of end convex portions and curves so as to be recessed in an opposite direction from the direction in which the end convex portion protrudes. The inner wall of the tube main body includes ribs protruding inward of the tube main body and extending in the axial direction of the tube main body.

  • Patent number: 9089048
Abstract: An electromagnetic shielding device includes a conductive sheet that is a sheet-shaped flexible conductive member that can be deformed into a tube shape, and an outer edge portion coupling member that keeps the conductive sheet in a tube shape in a state in which a first outer edge portion and a second outer edge portion of the conductive sheet are joined together, the second outer edge portion being located on the side opposite to the first outer edge portion. For example, a parallel slit group is formed in the conductive sheet, the parallel slit group being constituted by a plurality of slits that extend in a direction that crosses a first direction from the first outer edge portion toward the second outer edge portion and that are lined up in the first direction.

  • Publication number: 20150162731
Abstract: An electric-wire protection pipe includes a tubular main portion that that constitutes an outer wall of the electric-wire protection pipe and that has a longitudinal axis, wherein a reference plane passes through the longitudinal axis in a first direction. A curved partition wall partitions a hollow portion of the tubular main portion into two wiring paths—one on the first direction side and the other on a second direction side opposite to the first direction side. The curved partition wall connects to the tubular main portion at border lines that are parallel to the longitudinal axis and are located on the first direction side of the longitudinal axis, the curved partition wall having a convex side that projects in a second direction opposite to the first direction.

  • Publication number: 20150096802
Abstract: A wire harness includes first, second and third power cables, first, second and third conductive electromagnetic shielding members, and an intermediate short-circuit member. The power cables are arranged to conduct symmetrical three-phase AC electricity. The conductive electromagnetic shielding members are arranged in parallel to each other and spaced apart from each other, each of the conductive electromagnetic shielding members disposed surrounding respective ones of the power cables. The intermediate short-circuit member is arranged to electrically connect the electromagnetic shielding members to one another in at least one intermediate region between first and second longitudinal ends of each of the electromagnetic shielding members. The intermediate short-circuit member has a conductive member arranged to electrically connect the electromagnetic shielding members to one another, and a nonconductive armoring section arranged to cover an outer surface of the conductive member.

  • Publication number: 20140374134
Abstract: It is an object of the exemplary embodiments to obtain a long electric-wire protection pipe having a flat outer shape, using a simple press working process, while reducing or even preventing warping problems. An electric-wire protection pipe is a metal pipe that surrounds an electric wire, and has a reinforced section (11) and a flat pipe section. The reinforced section is a section that is located at a part in the circumferential direction of the electric-wire protection pipe while extending along the entire length in the longitudinal direction of the electric-wire protection pipe, and that is thicker than other sections. The flat pipe section is a section that constitutes at least a part in the longitudinal direction of the electric-wire protection pipe, and is flattened by press working.

The flat pipe section is a section that constitutes at least a part in the longitudinal direction of the electric-wire protection pipe, and that is flattened by press working.
