  • Patent number: 10389393
Abstract: The present technology relates to a reception device, a receiving method, and a program capable of improving a reception state. A delay wave by multipath is estimated on the basis of sensor information detected by a sensor unit, a replica of the delay wave is generated by a sum of products of a coefficient for each delay wave and a signal of a reception wave according to delay time on the basis of the estimated delay wave by the multipath, and the generated replica of the delay wave is subtracted from the signal of the reception wave, thereby removing the delay wave from the signal of the reception wave. The present technology may be applied to a receiver which receives a broadcast wave.

  • Patent number: 10352232
Abstract: A turbocharger includes: a shaft provided with a small-diameter portion, and two large-diameter portions formed on two sides of the small-diameter portion; and a semi-floating bearing to rotatably support the shaft. The semi-floating bearing includes a cylindrical body into which the shaft is inserted. An inner peripheral surface of the body includes: two bearing surfaces opposed to the large-diameter portions of the shaft; a non-bearing surface located between the two bearing surfaces, having a larger inner diameter than inner diameters of the bearing surfaces; and an oil passage opened to the non-bearing surface to supply lubricant oil to a gap in a radial direction between the non-bearing surface and the shaft. At least one of the two bearing surfaces extends more in an approaching direction of the two bearing surfaces than does the large-diameter portion opposed in the radial direction to the one bearing surface.

  • Patent number: 7266615
Abstract: Disclosed is a method for interchanging contents information and a system for interchanging contents information. A loop that a receiving side CL1 sends a request signal CL1a carrying position data pd to a sending side SV1 through a communication system NT, the sending side SV1 sends back contents information corresponding thereto as a sending signal SV1a, and the receiving side CL1 displays the signal is repetitively updated and performed at a high frequency by repetitively updating and sending the position data pd at a high frequency. Since the achievable frequency of repetitive updating and performing the loop varies by the combination of receiving side CL1, communication system NT, and sending side SV1, the achievable maximum frequency mxfQ for each loop is determined from a given table or by actual measurement. A standard frequency stfQ which does not exceed the thus determined frequency is set, the processes along the loop are performed at the standard frequency stfQ or a lower frequency.

  • Patent number: 7146111
Abstract: An office information system having a device which provides a user with an operational message of the system is disclosed. In an embodiment of the office information system, a path record storage device stores a plurality of path records related to components of the system, each path record indicating a locating path needed to reach a location of a specific one of the components in the system when a failure related to the specific one of the components occurs. A failure location detecting device detects a location of a component in the system when a failure related to the component occurs. A reached location determining device reads a path record from the path record storage device when the location of the failure is detected, and determines a currently reached location in the system based on the path indicated by the path record.

  • Patent number: 6611652
Abstract: An AV data input/output controlling circuit is connected through a data bus to a synchronous-asynchronous conversion circuit and through a control bus to a recording and reproduction controlling circuit. The AV data input/output controlling circuit inputs and outputs audio and/or video data of a normal data rate. The AV data input/output controlling circuit also inputs and outputs audio and/or video data of a higher data rate than usual. In the data recording and reproducing apparatus, audio and/or video data is transferred through a data bus synchronized with a reference synchronization signal S28 etc., the audio and/or video data input from an external unit is recorded in a storage device, and the audio and/or video data recorded in the storage device is reproduced and supplied to the outside.
