  • Publication number: 20230228064
Abstract: A system capable of improving accuracy of information relating to the degree of instability of a work machine such as an excavator, the information being provided to an operator of the work machine. Instability degree information, which indicates instability degrees Is1, Is2 of a base body (lower traveling body 410 and upper turning body 420) for which instability values have been assessed as continuous variables, is output to a remote image output device 221 (information output device) such that the form of the output varies continuously depending on continuous changes in the instability degrees Is1, Is2. An operator of a work machine 40 can highly accurately recognize the closeness of the current instability degree of the base body to a threshold value at which the base body becomes unstable, and consequently a tolerable range in which the work mechanism, etc. are operated while avoiding instability of the base body.

  • Publication number: 20230003002
Abstract: A remote operation device and a remote operation system that can reduce or eliminate deviation of the position of an indicator image of a working unit such as a line image in an image with respect to the position of the working unit in a real space. In some case, because of a cause such as a communication failure, a position posture coordinate value of a working unit corresponding to captured image data in a work environment image deviates from a position posture coordinate value of the working unit estimated according to an operation form of a remote operation mechanism. In this case, a semitransparent indicator image Img2(?2) simulating a bucket is superimposed on a work environment image Img1(?2) in a position where the bucket is estimated to be originally present and deviating from an image region representing the bucket.

  • Publication number: 20160364503
Abstract: An industrial product design system includes: a muscle activity acquisitor that acquires muscle activity required for each action of a given body area when a product user moves the body area to use an industrial product to be designed; a muscle activity normalizer that normalizes the acquired muscle activity; a function operator that calculates, as a design value change rate, mapping of the normalized muscle activity using a given function; and a design value corrector that corrects the design value of the industrial product to be designed with the design value change rate.

  • Patent number: 8641114
Abstract: A robot hand which can be formed in the shape of a human hand and improves maintenance performance, and generates fingertip force is provided. A robot hand (1) of the present invention is provided with a hand section (3) and an arm section (5). The hand section (3) corresponds to the portion of a human hand which is forward from the wrist thereof. The arm section (5) is provided with a drive device (d5) including a plurality of motors and generates driving torque for driving each movable section of the hand section (3). The hand section (3) and the arm section (5) are configured in such a manner that a group (g36) of wrist-mounted pulleys which are first driving torque transmitting members coaxially arranged and a group (r5) of arm pulleys which are second driving torque transmitting members coaxially arranged transmit driving torque generated by the drive device (d5) to each movable section of the hand section (3) via gears meshing with each other.

  • Patent number: 7751425
Abstract: A management device comprises: a receiving section that receives, from at least one information processor via a fire wall, a polling signal to inquire if there is a request to send to the information processor or not; and a sending section that sends a response for the polling signal that is received by the receiving section, the response including an instruction to change a sending interval of the polling signal to the information processor.
