Abstract: An information processing apparatus includes: a processor configured to: perform control such that a first display region in which a file that is not distributed to a person in charge is displayed and a second display region in which a file that is distributed to each person in charge is displayed are displayed on an identical screen; perform control such that a status of each person in charge is displayed in the second display region; and distribute the file displayed in the first display region to the person in charge according to an operation of moving the file displayed in the first display region to the second display region.
