  • Publication number: 20250037038
Abstract: According to one embodiment, the information processing apparatus includes a processor. The processor extracts a plurality of features from a plurality of training data by using a machine learning model. The processor generates a prediction result relating to a task, from the training data and teaching data corresponding to the training data. The processor calculates a similarity between features with respect to the plurality of features. The processor updates a parameter of the machine learning model, based on the prediction result and the similarity, in such a manner that the features become farther from each other.

  • Publication number: 20250029356
Abstract: According to one embodiment, an information processing apparatus includes a processor. The processor acquires training data that is used for training of a first feature extractor and a second feature extractor. The processor determines a model size of the second feature extractor. The processor extracts a first feature by inputting the training data to the first feature extractor. The processor extracts a second feature by inputting the first feature to the second feature extractor. The processor trains the first feature extractor in such a manner as to make the first feature closer to the second feature.

  • Publication number: 20170209088
Abstract: A massage machine includes a backrest and a seat, and further includes a treatment unit configured to perform a treatment with respect to a subject; a measurement unit configured to measure beat rates of the subject or an amylase activity in saliva of the subject before and after a predetermined time; and an evaluation portion. The evaluation portion performs an evaluation of the treatment based on a first index indicating a parasympathetic nervous function activity of the subject and a second index indicating a sympathetic nervous function activity of the subject. The first index and the second index are obtained based on the beat rates or the amylase activity before and after the predetermined time.

  • Publication number: 20060086451
Abstract: A tire manufacturing method includes the steps of, when a green tire is molded, moving a toroidally expandable toroidal molding drum through a distance between a plurality of working stations at a specified tact time, disposing a carcass band and both bead cores on the drum in any working station and locking the bead cores, increasing the diameter of the molding drum, toroidally extending the carcass band between both bead cores, and rolling up the side portion of the carcass band around the bead cores in the outer radial direction, assembling tire component members with the bead cores locked to the toroidal molding drum and molding the green tire, and reducing the diameter of the molding drum, unlocking the bead cores, and removing the green tire from the molding drum, whereby the tires of a plurality of sizes can be sequentially molded, a conventional tire structure must not be largely changed, and an energy and time can be prevented from being wastefully consumed.

  • Patent number: 4128910
Abstract: A toothbrush having a handle and a rubber-like brushing structure having a plurality of brushing projections and mounted on the forward part of the handle is further provided with a rigid frame member surrounding the side surface of the brushing structure and engaged with the latter in a projection-and-recess relation, the frame member being bonded to the handle for indirectly securing the brushing structure to the handle, and the "hardness" in operation of the toothbrush, i.e., the brushing projections, being adjusted by varying the height of the frame member measured perpendicularly to the lengthwise direction of the handle.

  • Patent number: 4115893
Abstract: A gum brush has an elongated handle with a stem end, to which is secured a brush head having a bullet shape and provided therearound in symmetrically distributed arrangement several fin-like projections some of which are parallel to the handle and others are perpendicular to the handle, these projections and the brush head being made of a rubberlike material such as cis-1,4-polyisoprene. In use, the brush head and projections are placed in an infant's mouth and moved at random or are chewed by the infant. As a result, the infant's teeth are cleaned, and, at the same time, its gums are firmed and strengthened.
