  • Patent number: 11939217
Abstract: According to one embodiment, a magnesium-recycling hydrogen generation system includes: a by-product acquisition unit that separates a by-product from a post-reaction solution, which is a solution after reacting with a hydrogen generation material containing a hydrogen-containing magnesium compound that generates hydrogen via a reaction with the solution, to acquire the by-product including more than one type of oxygen-containing magnesium compound that contains oxygen produced by the reaction, a raw material production unit that reacts the by-product with a halogen-containing substance containing halogen and other atoms than the halogen to produce a raw material containing magnesium halide, a hydrogen generation material production unit that reduces the raw material with plasma containing hydrogen to produce the hydrogen generation material, and a hydrogen generator that reacts the hydrogen generation material with the solution to generate hydrogen.

  • Publication number: 20170206931
Abstract: [Problem] To efficiently and effectively exchange information on medical image data. [Solution] A video image extracted from a DICOM file is uploaded from an upload terminal (6) to a server (2). A medical personnel accesses medical image data from a viewing terminal (8a) and plays the video image provided by the server. The user inputs a comment, into which link destination information to the medical image data is incorporated (inserted), via a comment input field on a medical image viewing screen.

  • Patent number: 8460522
Abstract: A plurality of targets are disposed in parallel with, and at a given distance to, one another. In case a predetermined thin film is formed by sputtering, the occurrence of non-uniformity in the film thickness distribution and the film quality distribution can be restricted. During the time when electric power is charged to a plurality of targets (31a to 31h) which are disposed inside a sputtering chamber (11a) so as to lie opposite to the process substrate (S), and are disposed at a predetermined distance from, and in parallel with, one another, thereby forming a predetermined thin film by sputtering, each of the targets is reciprocated at a constant speed in parallel with the process substrate. Also, magnet assemblies that form tunnel-shaped magnetic flux (M) in front of each target are reciprocated at a constant speed in parallel with each of the targets.
