  • Publication number: 20150280429
Abstract: A communication apparatus includes: a communication antenna, a communication unit which can transmit and receive signals, a switch connected between the communication antenna and the communication unit and composed of a semiconductor switch, a switch control unit, and a high-voltage output means. The switch, when receiving a connection command signal causes the communication unit to be electrically connected with the communication antenna, and when not receiving the signal cuts them off. The switch control unit outputs the signal to the switch under prescribed conditions, and stops the signal when overvoltage applied to the communication unit is detected. The high-voltage output means, connected between the switch control unit and the switch, sets voltage of the signal received from the switch control unit to a voltage at which the communication unit in a transmitting mode would not be cut off from the communication antenna, and outputs the voltage to the switch.

  • Patent number: 8385627
Abstract: When an inspection apparatus of a semiconductor device repeatedly executes computation of prescribed area data, such as image processing for detecting defects, procedures for commanding, data load, computation, and data store need to be repeated the number of times of the computation. This may impose a limitation on the speeding up of the operation. In addition, when performing parallel computation by a high-capacity image processing system for handling minute images, a lot of processors are needed, resulting in an increase in cost.

  • Publication number: 20120132025
Abstract: A ball screw prevents loosening of a bolt for fixing a deflector to reduce noise, and endures high-speed working conditions. A female hole is formed in a deflector arranged, with the both ends thereof joined together, at a position on both ends of the ball returning member on an inner peripheral surface of the nut. The deflector is fixed to the nut with two bolts inserted into a bolt insertion hole formed on the nut. A cross-section perpendicular to a scooping-up direction of the scooping-up surface of the deflector has a concave curved surface having a radius of curvature slightly larger than a radius of the ball. The concave curved surface is of a shape to scoop up the ball ejected from the ball rolling path in a tangential direction of a screw line. The deflector may be made of resin material.
