  • Patent number: 12280765
Abstract: An HEV-CU determines whether a traveling state requires giving priority to a front and rear driving force control (e.g., whether a vehicle is cornering) on the basis of a traveling state of the vehicle. If the traveling state requires giving priority to the front and rear driving force control (e.g., the vehicle is cornering), the HEV-CU-preferentially controls of an engine and a motor generator as well as engagement force of a differential limiting clutch in accordance with friction force between front and rear wheels and a road surface. If the traveling state does not require giving priority to the front and rear driving force control (e.g., the vehicle is traveling straight), the HEV-CU preferentially controls the driving of the motor generator to cause a charged state (SOC) of a high-voltage battery that supplies electric power to the motor generator to fall within a predetermined range.

  • Publication number: 20220320623
Abstract: A battery pack to be mounted on a vehicle includes a battery, a passage unit, a gas pump, a first valve, and an arithmetic and control unit. The passage unit is disposed on at least one of sides of the battery. The passage unit allows fluid to flow through an inside of the passage unit. The gas pump operates with electric power of the battery. The gas pump draws gas in the inside of the passage unit. The first valve shuts off a fluid passage through which the gas is to be supplied to the inside of the passage unit. The arithmetic and control unit controls the gas pump and the first valve, and performs a first temperature regulating process. The process includes driving the gas pump while the first valve is not shut off, and then drawing the gas from the inside of the passage unit.

  • Patent number: 10800397
Abstract: A control apparatus for hybrid electric vehicle includes a shift operation detector and an electric motor controller. The shift operation detector detects an input of a shift operation. The electric motor controller controls an electric motor of the hybrid electric vehicle to generate motor torque directed to decreasing of torque difference, on a condition that: the input of the shift operation from a first stage into a second stage is detected by the shift operation detector; and first torque and second torque are different in magnitude from each other by the torque difference. The first torque is torque that is to be transmitted to a drive wheel during shifting of the automatic transmission. The second torque is torque that is to be transmitted to the drive wheel after the shifting of the automatic transmission is completed.
