Abstract: A teaching data creation device 100 includes an acquisition unit 110 configured to acquire an image of a vehicle in the surroundings, the image being captured by a vehicle-mounted camera; a reception unit 120 configured to receive correct answer data for supervised learning, in relation to the vehicle shown in the image acquired by the acquisition unit; and a creation unit 130 configured to create teaching data for supervised learning, the teaching data being a combination of the image acquired by the acquisition unit and the correct answer data received by the reception unit. The reception unit receives, as the correct answer data, a type of the vehicle shown in the image, and a position and a size of a region, in the image, in which the vehicle is shown.
