  • Patent number: 11237200
Abstract: An apparatus includes: a degradation pattern generation unit for generating a degradation pattern indicating distributions of signal intensities of measured signals and a phase of an alternating voltage; a histogram calculation unit for calculating a gradient vector of a signal density at each of distribution points of the degradation pattern, and calculating, for each of phase ranges different from each other, from the calculated gradient vector, a histogram in a gradient direction of the signal density within the relevant phase range; a feature vector generation unit for generating a feature vector in which bin values of the histogram for each of the phase ranges are lined up; and a degradation cause identification unit for searching for, from among feature vectors by degradation cause, a feature vector similar to the feature vector generated by the feature vector generation unit, and outputting a degradation cause related to the similar feature vector.

  • Patent number: 9592611
Abstract: A workpiece mounting system mounts a sunroof member to an inner panel of a body. The workpiece mounting system is provided with a first robot, a second robot, and a control device for controlling the first and second robots. The control device performs a step of calculating as positional information the position of the sunroof member and the position of the inner panel by a CCD camera of the first robot, a step of holding and conveying the sunroof member by the first robot on the basis of the positional information and positioning the sunroof member relative to the inner panel, a step of temporarily fixing the sunroof member to the inner panel by the first robot, and a step of finally fixing the sunroof member to the inner panel by the second robot on the basis of the already calculated positional information.

  • Patent number: 8132310
Abstract: A work carrier includes a movable clamp unit (15) having resiliently connected first and second sliders (26, 27) mounted on a guide rail (24), a lock lever (37) mounted on the second slider and normally urged in a direction to move a toothed portion (41) into meshing engagement with a rack (25), an operating lever (46) pivotally mounted on the second slider, and a cam mechanism (43, 38, 44, 45) operable in response to pivotal movement of the operating lever in one direction such that the second slider is locked in position against movement relative to the guide rail via meshing engagement between the toothed portion and the rack and, subsequently, the first slider and clamp member carried thereon are forcibly displaced away from the second slider while the second slider remains locked on the guide rail.

  • Publication number: 20070128335
Abstract: [Problem] To produce soymilk and/or a soybean paste having excellent mouthfeel continuously. [Solution] A continuous production method of soybean products, wherein the soybean blend obtained by adding water to soybean powders and kneading is pressurized and stirred under fixed pressure to adjust its water content, the soybean solid component present in the soybean blend is smoothed and the pressure applied on the blend is released rapidly to atmospheric pressure. The smoothing of the soybean solid component present in the soybean blend can be carried out by passing the soybean blend through several fine pores provided in the flow path of the soybean blend.
