  • Patent number: 9165797
Abstract: A solvent such as PGMEA is coated on a wafer in advance to easily spread resist liquid onto the wafer on a spin chuck. Before coating, the solvent supplied from a solvent supply source is stored in a distill tank first, the solvent is heated by a heating unit to be evaporated, and the evaporated solvent is cooled by a cooler, thereby performing the purification of the solvent by distillation. Therefore, particles among the solvent are removed. The purified solvent is stored in a storage tank first, and then supplied to a solvent nozzle above the spin chuck from a solvent supplying line. And then, the solvent is coated on the wafer by ejecting the solvent from the solvent nozzle to the wafer. Further, the distill tank is cleaned periodically to suppress the increase of the concentration of the particles in the solvent.

  • Patent number: 9165494
Abstract: A signal conversion circuit (20) is used for a multiple-primary color liquid crystal display device (100) which performs color display using four primary colors of red displayed by a red-sub pixel (R), green displayed by green-sub pixel (G), blue displayed by blue-sub pixel (B), and yellow displayed by yellow-sub pixel (Ye), and converts an input three-primary color video signal into a multiple-primary color video signal corresponding to four primary colors. The signal conversion circuit (20) performs signal conversion such that a gray scale level of the yellow-sub pixel (Ye) is higher than a gray scale level of the green-sub pixel (G) in at least some cases from among cases in which a red gray-scale level r, a green gray-scale level g, and a blue gray-scale level b which are displayed by the three-primary color video signal satisfy a relationship of r>g>b.

  • Patent number: 9002705
Abstract: The present invention provides an interactive device which allows quick utterance recognition results and sequential output thereof and which diminishes a recognition rate decrease even if user's utterance is divided by a short interval into frames for quick decision. The interactive device: sets a recognition section for voice recognition; performs voice recognition for the recognition section; when the voice recognition includes a key phrase, determines response actions corresponding thereto; and executes the response actions. The interactive device repeatedly updates the set recognition terminal point to a frame which is the predetermined time length ahead of the set recognition terminal point to set a plurality of recognition sections. • Patent number: 8956694
Abstract: A pretreatment process, carried out prior to a developing process, spouts pure water, namely, a diffusion-assisting liquid for assisting the spread of a developer over the surface of a wafer, through a cleaning liquid spouting nozzle onto a central part of the wafer to form a puddle of pure water. The developer is spouted onto the central part of the wafer for prewetting while the wafer is rotated at a high rotating speed to spread the developer over the surface of the wafer. The developer dissolves the resist film partly and produces a solution. The rotation of the wafer is reversed, for example, within 7 s in which the solution is being produced to reduce the water-repellency of the wafer by spreading the solution over the entire surface of the wafer. Then, the developer is spouted onto the rotating wafer to spread the developer on the surface of the wafer.

  • Publication number: 20150035869
Abstract: In a display apparatus having a liquid crystal panel, a change in luminance of the entire display frame when overshoot driving is performed is suppressed, while improving a viewing angle of the liquid crystal panel. A processing unit performs a high gradation display displaying a gradation higher than a gradation of an input image at one of two adjacent pixels, performs a low gradation display displaying a gradation lower than a gradation of an input image at the other of the two adjacent pixels, and switches between the high gradation display and the low gradation display for each pixel every display frame. A correction unit corrects a gradation of a pixel located adjacent to a pixel displayed with a gradation for which predetermined overshoot driving is difficult in the next display frame to a gradation for which overshoot driving stronger than the predetermined overshoot driving is possible.

  • Patent number: 8947476
Abstract: A liquid crystal display device includes a liquid crystal display panel and a driving circuit that supplies display signals to a plurality of subpixels of the liquid crystal display panel. The plurality of subpixels are a red subpixel, a green subpixel, a blue subpixel, and a yellow subpixel. When achromatic colors of at least some gray levels among all gray levels are to be displayed by the pixel, display signals which are supplied to a first subpixel group composed of certain two subpixels are display signals of the same grayscale level, whereas display signals which are supplied to a second subpixel group composed of the other two subpixels are display signals of a different grayscale level from the grayscale level of the display signals supplied to the first subpixel group. The first subpixel group includes the yellow subpixel, and the second subpixel group includes the blue subpixel.

  • Patent number: 8908227
Abstract: The purpose of this invention is to avoid unnecessary print out and cut wasteful consumption of resources and electricity. A printer receives a command indicating whether or not a user does not need to print out images such as advertisements on web pages. If a drawing command acquired by analyzing received print data is image, the printer determines whether or not the command is to draw images based on the user's choice and execute a drawing process along with the command from the user. Consequently, the printer can print out text information with eliminating image information which is noise for the user and can eliminate print out for unnecessary image information.

  • Publication number: 20140174475
Abstract: A filtration efficiency, which is similar to the filtration efficiency obtained when a plurality of filters are provided, can be obtained by one filter, and decrease in throughput can be prevented. Based on a control signal from a control unit 101, a resist liquid L is sucked into a pump 70 through a filter. A part of the resist liquid sucked in the pump is discharged from a discharge nozzle 7. The remaining resist liquid is returned to a supply conduit 51b on a primary side of the filter. A process is synthesized by adding a replenishment amount equal to the discharge amount to the return amount. The discharge of the synthesized process liquid and the filtration thereof by the filter are performed the number of times corresponding to a rate between the discharge amount and the return amount.
