  • Patent number: 7576420
Abstract: In a semiconductor integrated circuit device including a semiconductor integrated circuit board having a mask ROM area and an internal bus and a programmable ROM which is mounted on the semiconductor integrated circuit board and which has a plurality of ROM connecting terminals, the ROM connecting terminals are electrically connected to a plurality of bus connecting terminals connected to the internal bus, respectively. The bus connecting terminals may be disposed around periphery of the semiconductor integrated circuit board, may be formed on the mask ROM area, and may be disposed on the internal bus. In this event, the ROM connecting terminals and the bus connecting terminals are electrically connected to each other using wire bonding technique.

  • Patent number: 7053325
Abstract: An electric power tool includes a housing, an electric power, a trigger, a trigger-limitation device and a switching device. The housing receives the electric power unit having an output shaft. The trigger is slidably mounted on the housing so as to control operation of the electric power unit. The trigger-limitation device is mounted on the housing so as to be movable between a limited position and an unlimited position. The trigger-limitation device comes into contact with the trigger to limit a stroke of the trigger, when being kept in the limited position, and not coming into contact with the trigger to impose no limitation to the stroke of the trigger, when being kept in the unlimited position. The switching device is provided on the housing in a different place from the trigger-limitation device. The switching device operates the trigger-limitation device to move between the limited position and the unlimited position.

  • Publication number: 20050206427
Abstract: There is provided a semiconductor integrated circuit device that enables an EMS-voltage withstanding margin to be significantly enhanced without increasing a chip-layout area etc. An input buffer section, a CR filter composed of a resistor and an electrostatic capacitor device, a Schmitt circuit, and a noise cancellation circuit are connected to a system control terminal of the semiconductor integrated circuit device. When a signal containing noise is inputted to the system control terminal, a peak of the noise is reduced by an input buffer composed of the Schmitt circuit provided in the input buffer section. Thereafter, the peak of the noise is further reduced by the CR filter. Subsequently, the signal passes through the Schmitt circuit, thereby being significantly removed.

  • Patent number: 6296494
Abstract: A printed-circuit board module comprises: a flexible printed-circuit (FPC) sheet (25) with its two opposite end portions bent toward the side on which parts (24) are mounted and having connection terminals (29) formed side by side along marginal edges of the bend end portions; a printed-wiring board (22) having an opening (26) for receiving the parts (24) and connecting conductor patterns (27) formed in the neighborhood of the opening (26); and a fixing frame (23). The FPC sheet (25) is fixedly held by the fixing frame (23) and is mounted on the printed-wiring board (22) with the fixing frame (23) held therebetween. The FPC sheet (25) makes direct electrical connections to the printed-wiring board (22), and the amount of extension of the parts (24) into the opening (26) can be adjusted by changing the thickness of the fixing frame (23).
