    Abstract: An object of the present invention is to reduce stress caused by press-fitting of a shaft on an outer edge portion side of a rotor. A rotor for a rotating electric machine includes a shaft and a rotor iron core, the shaft coupled to the rotor iron core. The rotor iron core includes: an outer edge portion housing a magnet; an inner edge portion coupled to the shaft; and a rib portion having a lightening portion that is formed inside between the outer edge portion and the inner edge portion. The rib portion includes: a through-hole forming portion connected to the outer edge portion and having a through-hole inside; and a bridge portion connecting the through-hole forming portion and the inner edge portion. The bridge portion includes: a second bridge portion connected to the through-hole forming portion and protruding outward; and a first bridge portion having one end connected to the inner edge portion and another end connected to the second bridge portion.

    Abstract: Since the shape of the insulating paper is complicated, a forming and bending step of the insulating paper is required, and further there is a step of inserting the insulating paper in the middle of coil forming, which causes a problem of damaging the insulating paper. A fitting state of an insulating paper 201 into the inter-coil gap has an annular taper shape in which a diameter dimension D1 of an annular opening of the insulating paper 201 on a coil end tip side is long, and a diameter dimension d2 of an annular opening of the insulating paper 201 on a stator end face side on the opposite side is short. The insulating paper 201 is made to follow the tapered shape of the inter-coil gap 140 between an inner peripheral coil 120 and an outer peripheral coil 130, and the insulating paper 201 is fitted in a state inclined from the coil end tip side to the stator end face side with respect to an axial direction of the stator 20.

The fixing member includes a clamp portion for fixing the protection member, and the clamp portion clamps the protection member at a position where the clamp portion does not overlap the temperature detection element in a longitudinal direction of the protection member.

The stator includes a stator iron core having a plurality of teeth and a plurality of stator coils each being wound on one of the teeth. The stator coils include terminal stator coils, each having a crossover wire and a lead wire. Each crossover wire is connected to one of the stator coils of the same phase and each lead wire being is connected to an object other than the stator coils of the same phase. Each end of the crossover wires and the lead wires is disposed at a different level; a first level being the closest to the stator iron core. At least one of the lead wires of the terminal stator coils is disposed at least one level apart within the range of levels.

The ends of the coil segments are overlapped in the axial direction, and bonded through the bonding portion. The bonding portion is formed in a shape such that the bonding portion is melted and flows down from the end (6a) of the coil segment on the opposite side to the stator core toward the end (5a) of the coil segment on a side near the stator core.

    Abstract: A rotational machine which improves the reliability of the permanent magnets provided between claw poles by preventing shift in an axial direction during operation of the rotational machine. A stator and a rotor supported rotatably on an inner periphery of the stator are provided. The rotor has a pair of claw poles disposed in an alternately opposed orientation and having cylindrical field exciting coils on a central section. A permanent magnet is disposed between the claw poles. A holder retains the permanent magnets to a fixed position. The holder retains the permanent magnets between the claw poles by pressing on a side face of the claw poles as a result of an elastic force acting with respect to the rotational direction of the rotational machine.
