Abstract: A rotating electric machine system is equipped with a rotor including permanent magnets and a rotating shaft. The rotating shaft is supported in a rotating electric machine housing via a first bearing and a second bearing. A first oil supply passage is formed in the rotating electric machine housing for supplying lubricating oil to the first bearing and the second bearing. Further, a rotor internal oil passage is formed in the interior of the rotor. A portion of the lubricating oil is diverted away from the first oil supply passage, and is supplied to the rotor internal oil passage.
