    Abstract: According to an aspect, a display device with a sensor includes: a first substrate; detection electrodes arrayed in a matrix in a first direction and a second direction intersecting the first direction above the first substrate; sensor wires coupled to one of the detection electrodes; pixels each including sub-pixels and arrayed in a matrix in the first and second directions; scanning lines scanning switching elements of the sub-pixels and extending in the first direction; and signal lines coupled to the switching elements and extending in the second direction. One of the sensor wires overlaps one of the signal lines. The sensor wires each have, at a part thereof, a coupling part coupled to the corresponding detection electrode. The pixels include a first pixel with the coupling part and a second pixel without the coupling part. The first and second pixels are alternately disposed in the first and second directions.

    Abstract: A processing chamber for processing a substrate is disclosed herein. In one embodiment, the processing chamber includes a support shaft assembly. The support shaft assembly has a ring shaped susceptor, a disc shaped heat plate, and a support shaft system. The support shaft system supports the susceptor and the heat plate, such that the susceptor is supported above the heat plate defining a gap between the heat plate and the susceptor. In another embodiment, the heat plate includes a plurality of grooves and the susceptor includes a plurality of fins. The fins are configured to sit within the grooves such that the susceptor is supported above the heat plate, defining a gap between the heat plate and the susceptor. In another embodiment, a method of processing a substrate in the aforementioned embodiments is disclosed herein.

    Abstract: A mineral processing method capable of efficiently separating a copper mineral from a molybdenum mineral is provided. The mineral processing method includes: a conditioning step of adding sulfite as a surface treatment agent to a mineral slurry containing a copper mineral and a molybdenum mineral; and a flotation step of performing flotation using the mineral slurry after the conditioning step. The hydrophilicity of the copper mineral can be selectively enhanced by sulfite, so as to be able to produce a difference in hydrophilicity between the copper mineral and the molybdenum mineral. Therefore, the molybdenum mineral can be selectively caused to float, and the copper mineral and the molybdenum mineral can be efficiently separated from each other.
