  • Publication number: 20020003689
Abstract: An object of the present invention is to provide a solid electrolytic capacitor with excellent electrostatic capacitance and reduced dispersion of capabilities by treating the surface of a chemically formed aluminum film to form a dielectric film which is in contact an electrically conducting substance provided thereon with sufficiently high adhesion. Another object of the present invention is to provide a method for producing the solid electrolytic capacitor, which includes providing an organic electrically conducting polymer as a solid electrolyte on a chemically formed aluminum substrate having thereon an aluminum oxide dielectric film, where a chemically formed aluminum substrate, which was cut into a predetermined shape, is treated with an aqueous acid solution to dissolve a part of the dielectric film on the substrate surface.

  • Publication number: 20010048722
Abstract: A data storage, storing input MPEG data for a period corresponding to three clocks, is formed of the data storage (A)1, the data storage (B)2 and the data storage (C)3. The synchronous byte detector 4 detects a synchronous byte (47h) at the time of inputting TS. The TS header processor 5 processes a TS header at the time of inputting TS. The PS header processor 6 processes a PS header at the time of inputting PS. The PES data processor 7 processes PES data containing TS and PS.

  • Patent number: 6243256
Abstract: The present invention is an aluminum electrode foil used in a solid electrolytic capacitor, and provides an electrode foil for a solid electrolytic capacitor, a manufacturing method of this electrode foil, and a solid electrolytic capacitor using this electrode foil having an improved voltage resistance and heat resistance at the cut-end part without causing a reduction in the effective area of the electrode foil. According to the manufacturing method of the electrode foil for the solid electrolytic capacitor according to the present invention, a porous film 11 having a thickness within the range of from about 5 to about 100 times the thickness of the barrier film 3 is formed on the surface of an electrode foil 10, on the cut-end part 5 of this electrode foil 10. In addition, the present invention provides an electrode foil manufactured according to the above described manufacturing method and a solid electrolytic capacitor using this electrode foil.

  • Patent number: 6115780
Abstract: In an interrupt steering circuit for a computer system having a PCI bus connected to four expansion slots, a controller includes a non-volatile memory previously storing a selection information of an initialization device select signal. Four selectors are provided to the four expansion slots, respectively. Each of the selectors is controlled by the controller on the basis of the selection information of the non-volatile memory for selecting one bit of an address/data bus of the PCI bus to supply the selected bit to a corresponding one of the "n" expansion slots. The non-volatile memory is rewritable in a software manner by the computer system, so that the device number of the devices connected to the expansion slots can be changed on the basis of the value set in the non-volatile memory.
