  • Publication number: 20030187721
Abstract: In a method and an apparatus for rating information management, a server registers rater information inputted by a rater from the access terminal, prepares rating identification information associated with a rated item to be assigned to a rated party, who is a provider of the rated item, through the access terminal when requested by when the rated party requests from the access terminal to assign a rating identification information which the rated party provides to the rater at a same time when the rated item is provided to the rater, confirms that the rater has been registered in the server and that the rating identification information is correct, and stores the rating information together with the rating identification information in a database when the rater inputs the rating identification information assigned to the rated item by the rated party with rating information added thereto from the access terminal.

  • Patent number: 5757302
Abstract: According to the microcomputer of the invention, a free running oscillator can supply the A-D converter with a higher frequency clock signal even while a lower speed clock signal from a second clock signal generating circuit is used as the internal system clock signal. This solves the problem associated with conventional A-D converters that, when executing an A-D conversion, the mode of operation is changed once to a high-speed operation mode in which the conversion can be performed accurately, and after the conversion has been executed, the mode is returned to a low power consumption mode which places an exception load on the software.

  • Patent number: 5467028
Abstract: A semiconductor integrated circuit includes an oscillator circuit, which amplifies a signal sent from an oscillator by an amplifier circuit operating with a low power supply voltage for outputting the same. In the oscillator circuit, a threshold voltage of a transfer gate forming a switching element is set to a value lower than a threshold voltage of other transistors so as to reduce an on-resistance of the transfer gate and hence to ensure output of a signal supplied from said oscillator.

  • Patent number: 5418519
Abstract: An electronic circuit device having an electric-code locking functions so that when the electronic circuit device is electrically connected to a battery, a control circuit is activated to cause a power supply detecting circuit to detect whether the electronic circuit device has been stolen. When a proper code is input by a control input unit after the completion of its detection, the electronic circuit device can be normally operated. In response to another simple operation signal input from the control input unit, the control circuit controls a radio receiving circuit, a tape circuit and a muting circuit in such a manner that the electronic circuit device is temporarily brought to the normal operation state. That is, the electronic circuit device can be provided with an additional function for temporarily bringing the electronic circuit device to an operation state by inputting an operation signal other than a signal indicative of a mnemonic in order to improve the efficiency of its fabrication.
