  • Patent number: 10857850
Abstract: A stabilizer bushing installed on a stabilizer bar is made of two divided parts of rubber or the like to prevent or decrease generation of a gap in a bonding surface. The stabilizer bushing installed on an outer periphery of the stabilizer bar by adhesion includes divided rubber bushings of an upper rubber bushing and a lower rubber bushing. Before adhesion, both end portions of the upper and lower rubber bushings, respectively, in a circumferential direction are tapered so that an overlapping amount between the upper and lower rubber bushings increases toward the outer periphery side of the bushings. After adhesion, a bonding surface is bonded by pressure.

  • Patent number: 10753417
Abstract: A stabilizer bush including: a tubular rubber bushing body having an inner hole for inserting a stabilizer bar; and a mounting base provided on a fixing surface of the rubber bushing body against a vehicle body. The stabilizer bush is configured to be installed on the vehicle body such that an outer peripheral surface of the rubber bushing body is press-fitted on a side of the vehicle body via the mounting base by a roughly U-shaped bracket to be fixed to the vehicle body. The rubber bushing body includes a shock absorbing rubber part that is elastically deformed due to a compression force caused by pressing of the bracket, bulges to both sides in the width direction of the mounting base, and enters and interposes between the mounting base and the bracket.

  • Patent number: 8424891
Abstract: Semi-tubular portions of two partition members partitioning a bushing body into an outer rubber portion and an inner rubber portion are asymmetrically arranged with respect to a reference plane containing a central axis of the bushing body and parallel to two attachment surfaces of a bracket. In addition, each of the semi-tubular portions is configured to have a length equal to or larger than a diameter of a stabilizer bar, the length being from one end to the other end in a circumferential direction of the semi-tubular portion in a projection view obtained by projecting the semi-tubular portion to a horizontal surface in a vertical direction.

  • Patent number: 8292312
Abstract: A stabilizer bushing is provided which effectively reduces a torsional friction between a bushing body and a stabilizer bar. The stabilizer bushing includes a bushing body 16 made of a tubular elastic body, a sliding member 42 fixed to an inner circumferential surface of the tubular elastic body, and two partition members 26, 26 embedded in and bonded to a radially middle area of the bushing body 16. The partition members 26, 26 divide the bushing body 16 into an inner rubber portion 38 that is thin enough not to be elastically-deformed by a load applied thereto and an outer rubber portion 40 that is thicker than the inner rubber portion 38. Further, each of the partition members 26, 26 includes through holes 36a, 36b, 36c that are located so as to divide the partition member into a plurality of sections both in the axial and circumferential directions.

  • Patent number: 4967283
Abstract: There are disclosed a method of delivering pictorial image data per each color obtained by applying color resolution to a manuscript using a color scanner to a sublimation transfer printer to effect a transfer from a sublimation transfer sheet to an image-receiving sheet, thus to make a hard copy of a color image, and a device for implementing such a method. The image data comprises three primary data of cyan, magenta and yellow and black data calculated from the three primary data. Data obtained by applying color and gradation corrections to the four color data are delivered to the sublimation transfer printer. The sublimation transfer sheet is provided with a transfer ink layer of four colors of cyan, magenta, yellow and black. By the operation of the sublimation transfer printer, the ink of each transfer ink layer is transferred onto the image-receiving paper, thus to make a hard copy.

  • Patent number: 4788578
Abstract: An apparatus prepares a mounting sheet of originals upon which are drawn the original positioning or arrangement lines and an area to be trimmed. When originals are pasted on the sheet and scanned by a scanner, the picture data of an original is read out. In this apparatus, a magnification, a position and a direction of an original can be entered or inputted on a data tablet and in response to the input data, a mounting sheet is automatically prepared. An operator pastes a original along the original positioning or arrangement lines on the mounting sheet and a picture in the trimmed area is scanned. Furthermore, the apparatus automatically selects an optimum drum of a scanner depending upon the magnification of each original.

  • Patent number: 4733304
Abstract: This system relates to a technology for inputting picture data from a manuscript using a layout scanner. When inputting picture data from the manuscript, a layout sheet is set on position data input device such as a data tablet to obtain a specified point on the layout sheet and position data including a trimming range. The position data is delivered to a display together with the picture data. Displaying the picture data and the position data superimposed with each other, the position data is visually confirmed and a necessary correction is made. Another method is to record position data into a recording medium e.g. floppy disk etc. to allow a layout scanner to output the picture data by applying an exposure process thereto on the basis of the recorded contents of the recording medium.
