    Abstract: A motor control apparatus includes: a converter circuit; an inverter circuit; a current detector; a regenerative resistor; a regenerative resistor controller; and a control device. The converter circuit converts alternating current from an alternating current power supply to direct current, converts regenerative direct current from the inverter circuit to regenerative alternating current, and further supplies the regenerative alternating current to the alternating power supply. The inverter circuit converts the direct current to alternating current for driving a motor, and converts regenerative alternating current from the motor to the regenerative direct current. The regenerative direct current from the inverter circuit passes through the resistor. The regenerative direct current passes thorough the resistor upon the current detector detecting the regenerative current exceeding a predetermined value.

    Abstract: An impact of a delay time on a conversation is reduced. A voice packet is transmitted to a distribution server. A user is notified of being in a wait time from when transmission of the voice packet stops until when voice packet transmission becomes available next. The wait time is calculated on the basis of a first delay time that is a delay time between a local terminal and the distribution server and a second delay time that is the maximum delay time among delay times between a plurality of terminals including the local terminal and the distribution server. The user can easily know the speaking timing from the local terminal, and speech from the local terminal and speech from another terminal can be made not to mix.

This correlated motion indicates the devices correspond to the same user. Further, human-body communication between the devices provides additional indicia that the devices correspond to the same user. Thus, based on the above-identified correlated motion and human-body communication the same user can be inferred and predefined communication task between the devices can be performed, such as unlocking the devices, exchanging identification codes, or exchanging other information.
