Patent number: 11512411Abstract: A PTFE sheet in which PTFE fibers having a diameter of 1 ?m or less are spun, the PTFE sheet having a Gurley value in the range of 1 s/100 cc/in2 to 3 s/100 cc/in2 and a shrinkage factor in a direction orthogonal to a sheet winding direction of no more than 10% when heated to 300° C. The PTFE sheet makes a die adsorbable via a tool, which is for heating the die when the die is mounted on a mounting body, by being sandwiched between the die and the tool, and suppresses the adhesion, to an adsorption surface of the tool or to the die, of an adhesion member for fixing the die to the mounted body. Through this configuration, a PTFE sheet capable of stabilizing vacuum adsorption and improving maintainability and a method for mounting a die are provided.Type: GrantFiled: November 28, 2018Date of Patent: November 29, 2022Assignees: SHINKAWA LTD., VALQUA, LTD.Inventors: Osamu Watanabe, Tomonori Nakamura, Yoshihito Hagiwara, Yuji Kanai

Patent number: 10711912Abstract: (Problem) The invention is to provide to a solenoid valve drive control device, in which though the magnetic path is normally composed (i.e. the plunger is attached to the attracting member), it is never determined by mistake as the dropout, and it is never entered into the reabsorption mode of the plunger. (Resolution Approach) The invention is a solenoid valve drive control device of the invention, in which by controlling of the zero cross timing generation device 72, after application of the electric current to the solenoid 66 is started at zero cross timing by the switching device 68, when the current value that flows to the solenoid 66 detected by the electric current sensing device 78 reaches the circuit protection electric current value Ic (?A), a stabilization mode that repeats the ON-OFF cycle plural times (four times of the total in the Embodiment of FIG. 4), in which application of the electric current to the solenoid 66 is interrupted by the switching means 84, is operated (see A5-A8 in FIG. 4).Type: GrantFiled: September 3, 2016Date of Patent: July 14, 2020Assignee: SAGINOMIYA SEISAKUSHO, INC.Inventors: Yuji Kanai, Ryusuke Suzuki

Patent number: 10006560Abstract: A solenoid valve drive control device includes a switching device that provides and interrupts the application of the electric current to the solenoid, a first device that controls the application of the electric current to the solenoid by the switching device to start the application of the electric current to the solenoid at zero cross timing in a power supply period, and a second device that detects a value of an electric current that flows to the solenoid. The application of the electric current to the solenoid is interrupted when the detected value of the electric current reaches a predetermined value, after the zero cross timing. A holding power is generated by discharging energy accumulated in the solenoid through a snubber circuit until another zero cross timing subsequent to the zero cross timing after the application of the electric current to the solenoid is interrupted.Type: GrantFiled: October 1, 2015Date of Patent: June 26, 2018Assignee: Kabushiki Kaisha Saginomiya SeisakushoInventor: Yuji Kanai
