  • Patent number: 10890625
Abstract: A battery model includes a series connection of a direct current resistance model, a charge transfer resistance model derived from the Butler-Volmer equation, and a diffusion resistance model. A battery state estimating device includes a storage unit and a parameter calculating unit. The storage unit stores information on the resistance parameter related to the resistance component of the diffusion resistance model, the time constant parameter related to the time constant of the diffusion resistance model, and the charge parameter of the charge transfer resistance model, in association with temperature information of the secondary battery. The parameter calculating unit calculates each of the parameters corresponding to the detected temperature value based on a detected temperature value of the secondary battery and the information stored in the storage unit.

  • Patent number: 9460203
Abstract: A sound processing apparatus communicates with a terminal apparatus through a communication network and includes a main storage device, and an auxiliary storage device that stores a management program and a sound processing program. A management element is implemented by making the management program resident in the main storage device. The management element receives audio data transmitted from the terminal apparatus by a streaming method and stores the received audio data in the main storage device. The management element acquires, from the main storage device, processed data generated by performing sound processing on the audio data and transmits the processed data to the terminal apparatus by a streaming method. • Patent number: 8965755
Abstract: An audio data processing system is a client-server system including an audio data communication device and an audio data processing device which are linked together via a communication network. The audio data communication device includes an acoustic generator, a control device, a transmitter and a receiver in connection with first and second storage areas. The transmitter sequentially transmits a time series of unprocessed data DA[n] stored in the first storage area, while the receiver sequentially receives a time series of processing-completed data DB[n] from the acoustic data processing device so that processing-completed data are stored in the second storage area and sequentially reproduced. When specific processing-completed data is not stored in the second storage area, the control device designates and reproduces specific unprocessed data, which is unprocessed acoustic data corresponding to specific processing-completed data.

  • Patent number: 6844832
Abstract: An input module (30) notifies a module manager (21) of the output data format of the input module, and the module manager (21) generates a first data conversion module (31) based on the notification and joins the data conversion module to the end of a pipeline. The data conversion module (31) notifies the module manager (21) of the output data format of the data conversion module, and the module manager (21) generates a second data conversion module (32) based on the notification and joins the data conversion module to the end of the pipeline. The operation is repeated as many times as the number of multiplexing stages of multiplexed input data and an output module is joined to the termination position of the pipeline.

  • Patent number: 6838608
Abstract: Performance data and lyric data stored in an external storage device 35 is read out in accordance with the progression of a song. The performance data is sent to a tone generator 36, so that melody and accompaniment tones are reproduced by use of the performance data. The lyric data is sent to a display control circuit 14, so that lyrics represented by the lyric data are displayed on a display unit 12. The timing at which the lyrics are reproduced is determined by relative time data ?T added to the lyric data, so that the lyrics are displayed at right positions corresponding to bar and beat positions. When a bar has lengthy lyrics, the width of the bar to be displayed on the display unit 12 is adjusted. As a result, the position of lyrics displayed corresponds to the progression of a song, resulting in users being capable of obtaining timing in both performing a musical instrument and singing when they sing a song while performing the musical instrument.
