  • Publication number: 20240077238
Abstract: A refrigeration cycle device with a main circuit, a bypass circuit and a supercooling heat exchanger further includes: a controller to control an opening degree of the bypass expansion valve; a first sensor to detect a temperature at the refrigerant inflow side of the evaporator; and a second sensor to detect a pressure of the non-azeotropic mixed refrigerant flowing from the evaporator, wherein the controller controls the opening degree of the bypass expansion valve using temperatures of the evaporator, that is, the temperature at the refrigerant inflow side and a saturated gas temperature of the non-azeotropic mixed refrigerant calculated from the pressure so as to adjust a flow rate of the non-azeotropic mixed refrigerant flowing into the evaporator, to eliminate the temperature difference in the evaporator for suppressing uneven frost formation on the evaporator, and thus to prevent heat exchange performance from degrading.

  • Patent number: 7074338
Abstract: Using the filter auxiliary agent separated by backwashing from a filter element repeatedly and effectively, the consumption amount of a filter auxiliary agent and the generation of industrial waste can be suppressed. In a filter auxiliary agent pre-coat circuit, a filter auxiliary agent in a pre-coat tank is attached and stacked on a filter element in a filter case, and a filter auxiliary agent layer is formed. In a filter circuit, the filter auxiliary agent layer of the filter element removes sludge in the filter treatment liquid in a main tank. A backwashing circuit breaks down the filter auxiliary agent layer and a sludge layer, separates the filter auxiliary agent layer and the sludge layer by backwashing from the filter element, and circulates to the pre-coat tank. After repeating these steps a plurality of times, the filter auxiliary agent and sludge separated by backwashing are taken out to the exterior.

  • Publication number: 20050265594
Abstract: First and second inspection stages 2 and 3 are rotatably configured and provided with four A-side inspection suction tables 22 and four B-side inspection suction tables 32. Distances between A- and B-side inspection suction tables 22 and 32 and their corresponding rotary shaft are changed by extension/contraction operations of air cylinders 23 and 33. A board S in a board supply section 7 is sucked and fixed onto an A-side inspection suction table 22, and passed to the second inspection stage 3 after an image of the A-side thereof is captured by an A-side inspection head 4. The board S is sucked and fixed onto the B-side inspection suction table 32, and ejected to a board receiving section 8 after an image of the B-side thereof is captured by a B-side inspection head 5. A board inspection apparatus 1 performs the above processes in parallel.

  • Publication number: 20050263251
Abstract: A board picking up apparatus of the present invention protrudes an adhesive member arm 73 into a board case 71 with an adhesive member 74 facing downward (step S51), and brings an upper surface of a board S placed on the top of the loaded boards S into contact with the adhesive member 74 (step S52). Then, a lifting table 72 moves downward (step S53), thereby protruding the other end of an interposing member 76 into the board case 71 (step S54). Thus, the other end of the interposing member 76 is inserted into a gap between the top board S and the other boards S, and the top board S is suctioned by an A-side inspecting suction table 22 (step S58).
