  • Patent number: 11261959
Abstract: A shifting control apparatus for a vehicle includes a stepped automatic transmission configured to switch shifting positions based on a shifting pattern stored in advance, characterized by comprising: a sensory evaluation input portion configured to accept at least one sensory evaluation made by a vehicle occupant in the vehicle with regard to traveling of the vehicle; an evaluation tendency determining portion configured to determine an emphasis tendency in the sensory evaluation with regard to a phenomenon of an evaluation target with which the vehicle occupant feels dissatisfied based on the sensory evaluation accepted by the sensory evaluation input portion; and a shifting characteristic changing portion configured to change a shifting characteristic of the stepped automatic transmission based on the emphasis tendency in the sensory evaluation with regard to the phenomenon of the evaluation target determined by the evaluation tendency determining portion so as to improve the sensory evaluation.

  • Patent number: 8181945
Abstract: A cylindrical vibration isolating device that prevents damage to a vibration isolating rubber and cracks in a welded portion of a sub-frame. The sub-frame mount comprises an outer cylinder, an inner cylinder connected by the vibration isolating rubber. Small and large diameter portions are provided on a lateral wall of a barrel portion of the outer cylinder. Between the small and large diameter portions is formed a step-like boundary portion. The height in the axial direction of the boundary portion changes in the circumferential direction and has a substantially mountain-like shape with a top projecting in the press fitting direction. A contact area of the large diameter portion contacting a mounting hole of the sub-frame is increased in accordance with an amount of the press fitting. Therefore, when the sub-frame mount is press-fitted into the mounting hole of the sub-frame, the press fitting load is gradually increased.

Abstract: The object of the present invention is to prevent damages of a vibration isolating rubber and cracks in a welded portion of a sub-frame when press-fitting a sub-frame mount. The sub-frame mount 1 comprises an outer cylinder 2, an inner cylinder 2 and the vibration isolating rubber 4 connecting these outer and inner cylinders. A small diameter portion 10 and a large diameter portion 11 are provided on a lateral wall of a barrel portion of the outer cylinder 2. Between the small diameter portion 10 and the large diameter portion 11 is formed a step-like boundary portion 12. The height in the axial direction of the boundary portion 12 changes in the circumferential direction and has a substantially mountain-like shape with a top 12a projecting in the press fitting direction. A contact area of the large diameter portion 11 contacting a mounting hole 21 of the sub-frame 20 is increased in accordance with an amount of the press fitting.

  • Patent number: 7048264
Abstract: A liquid-filled engine mount is disclosed which includes a rubbery elastic member interposed between an engine and a vehicle body, a diaphragm positioned in opposed relation to the rubbery elastic member. The engine mount defines a liquid chamber therein. The liquid chamber holds an actuating liquid therein. The liquid chamber has a partition wall disposed therein. The partition wall separates the liquid chamber into primary and secondary chambers. The primary chamber is provided on a side of the elastic member while the secondary chamber is provided on a side of the diaphragm. The partition wall has first and second orifices extending therethrough. The first orifice communicates with both the primary chamber and the secondary chamber. The second orifice communicates with the primary chamber. The first and second orifices provide different resistances to the liquid flowing therethrough.
