    Abstract: A deposition mask includes: a mask sheet formed by stacking a metal layer provided with a plurality of through holes on a film layer provided with a plurality of opening patterns, each through hole enclosing at least one of the opening patterns, and by dividing one surface of the mask sheet into a plurality of unit cells each including two or more of the opening patterns and two or more of the through holes; and a support member which is made of metal and has openings corresponding to the unit cells of the mask sheet, the support member supporting the mask sheet by being joined to the metal layer of the mask sheet to which no external tension is applied. This ensures high shape and positional deposition accuracy in forming thin film patterns using the deposition mask.

A plurality of through-holes are provided on the guard member, each include at least one linear edge portion linearly extending, and are formed into non-circular shapes. The non-circular through-holes are arranged such that linear ribs are formed between linear edge portions, as said linear edge portion, facing each other of adjacent ones of the non-circular through-holes. Accordingly, while protecting the to-be-cooled body from a small stone etc. jumped up by the front wheel, a larger amount of travelling air is guided to the to-be-cooled body side.

The posture of bags when the bags transfer from an input conveyor to a first aligning conveyor is inclined in such a way that the portions of the bags that land on bags already placed on the first aligning conveyor are higher and the portions of the bags that land directly on the first aligning conveyor are lower, so the bags land on the first aligning conveyor before or at the same time that they contact the bags that were placed on the first aligning conveyor before them. Additionally, the frictional force between the first aligning conveyor and the bags is greater than the frictional force between the bags, so sliding between the bags is prevented, as is posture disorderliness.
