  • Publication number: 20240145574
Abstract: A manufacturing method of a circuitry including a planar diode that can improve manufacturing precision of a connection between the planar diode and a circuit element connected to an electrode of the planar diode is provided. The manufacturing method of the circuitry including the planar diode includes: forming an insulating layer having a first pattern shape on a substrate; and monolithically forming a functional material layer having a second pattern shape complementary to the first pattern shape on the substrate. The functional material layer includes a material that functions as a planar diode having a rectifying property based on a shape and a size. The second pattern shape has a shape of a circuitry including the planar diode, a first circuit element connected to a first electrode of the planar diode, and a second circuit element connected to a second electrode of the planar diode.

  • Patent number: 8032287
Abstract: A control apparatus for a vehicle that decreases shift shock generated by full engagement of a clutch at completion of an inertia phase. The apparatus includes a driving source, a step automatic transmission arranged to attain a predetermined shift stage by engagement of frictional engagement elements, a rotational speed control to control the driving source so that an input rotational speed of the transmission becomes a predetermined target value during the inertia phase, a torque control to control the driving source so that the input torque of the transmission becomes a predetermined target value during the non-inertia phase, and a torque correction to correct the engagement torque of the engagement element or the input torque of the transmission so that the engagement torque of the engagement element before completion of the inertia phase is substantially identical to the input torque of the transmission after completion of the inertia phase.

  • Patent number: 7975791
Abstract: A hybrid vehicle drive control system has a first clutch interposed between an engine and a motor/generator, a transmission including several gear position clutches arranged between the motor/generator and a drive wheel, and a controller. The controller selectively starts the engine using torque from the first clutch during a drive mode change from an electric drive mode to a hybrid drive mode. When an engine start command and a gear shifting operation occur during a drive mode change, the controller selects the gear position clutch that is a common engaged clutch from among the engaged gear position clutches constituting the vehicle running gears occurring from immediately before starting the engine until immediately after starting the engine as a second clutch to be controlled. Then, the controller executes a slip control of the second clutch when the first clutch is being connected to start the engine during the drive mode change.

The controller selectively starts the engine using torque from the first clutch during a mode drive change from an electric drive mode to a hybrid drive mode. Then the controller executes a slip control of the second clutch when the first clutch is being connected to start the engine during the mode change from the electric drive mode to the hybrid drive mode.

  • Patent number: 6569578
Abstract: A method for forming a photo-mask includes forming a light-shielding layer on a substrate, coating a resist film on the light-shielding layer, exposing the resist film with low dosage, and inclining a resist profile after developing the exposed resist film. Accordingly, an opening dimension of the light-shielding layer can be designed without depending on the location of the region with respect to the formed resist pattern of the photo-mask.
