  • Publication number: 20180101008
Abstract: Provided is a head-up display device with which the vibration resistance of a combiner after installation is improved, and with which the combiner can easily be installed and removed. This head-up display device is equipped with: a display unit that emits display light; a combiner that receives the display light and displays a virtual image; a combiner holder that supports the combiner; and a chassis that houses the display unit and has a mounting unit on which the combiner holder is mounted. The mounting unit has a securing lever capable of rotating around a shaft part, and when a pressing bar of the securing lever is rotated in the direction toward the combiner holder while the combiner holder is mounted on the mounting unit, the securing lever secures the combiner holder on the mounting unit.

  • Patent number: 9581806
Abstract: The purpose of the present invention is to cut down the travel distance of a display image on receiving a stop instruction intended for a stepping motor and thereby reduce a feeling of strangeness perceived by a user. A display device allows a user to view the image displayed on a display at a prescribed display position. The display device comprises: a stepping motor having a rotor including a magnet and driven by a micro-step drive method; a reflector which moves in accordance with the rotation of the rotor in the stepping motor so as to move the display position; and a motor control device. The motor control device identifies a rotational position of the rotor between adjacent stable excitation positions, and moves the rotor to reach the closer of the stable excitation positions on the basis of the identified rotational position on receiving a stop instruction intended for the stepping motor.

  • Patent number: 8067919
Abstract: A drive control device and a drive control method for a stepping motor are provided to reduce the number of parts and generation of vibration and noise by a stepping motor. The drive control device controls a drive frequency of the stepping motor according to a measurement value inputted. The drive control device includes storage means for storing the resonance frequency of the stepping motor based on its resonance characteristic as an output-inhibited drive frequency and control means for calculating an instruction angle for operating a needle according to the measurement value, acquiring a first drive frequency of the stepping motor, judging whether the first drive frequency is the output-inhibited drive frequency, and deciding the drive frequency by replacing the first drive frequency with the second drive frequency which is lower than the output-inhibited drive frequency if the first drive frequency is the output-inhibited drive frequency.
