  • Patent number: 11945118
Abstract: A method of planning works for robots includes creating a work plan for a plurality of robots, each having a work tool, sharing at at least one station a work to a plurality of work parts of the workpiece. The method includes the steps of calculating a distribution of the work parts to the robots, calculating, as a robot operation, a work order of the work parts and a moving path of the work tool for each of the robots based on the calculated work distribution, and calculating a disposed location of each of the robots with respect to the workpiece and a station where the robot is disposed so that an inter-robot interference does not occur during execution of the calculated robot operation.

  • Publication number: 20100301983
Abstract: A surface-mount air-core coil is provided in which a conductive wire covered with an insulation coating is wound into a spiral shape to form a cylindrically wound coil portion, conductive wires which are not covered with the insulation coating extend from both ends of the wound coil portion to form a pair of terminal portions, and the terminal portions are soldered onto electrode lands of a circuit board. A lower side of the wound coil portion which faces the circuit board is curved, an upper side thereof is formed in a flat shape, and the curved part is mounted on the circuit board.

  • Publication number: 20070240814
Abstract: There is provided a green sheet through-hole machining apparatus, and a through-hole machining method, that allows deterioration of positional precision of through-holes after perforation to be readily prevented. A releasing plate made of a metallic thin plate is removably set on an upper face of a lower base. Then, a green sheet is interposed between the lower and upper bases and the upper base is pressed by a pressurizing roller to press the green sheet toward the releasing plate. Then, the green sheet is punched by the projections to perforate the through-holes. After that, the green sheet is removed from the lower base together with the releasing plate.

  • Patent number: 5936423
Abstract: An object of the present invention is to decrease the number of terminals of a semiconductor integrated circuit by utilizing one terminal for a plurality of purposes, and reduce the cost of it, suppressing the performance degradation of the semiconductor integrated circuit. The present invention can be adapted to a semiconductor integrated circuit in which at least one of power supply terminals or ground terminals connected on a power supply path of an output circuit of the semiconductor integrated circuit is installed independently of a power supply path of an internal circuit. In a normal operation mode in which a test mode input terminal .PHI. is low, power is supplied to an output circuit 5 through an output circuit power supply/testing signal input terminal OVDD/TIN. In a test mode in which the test mode input terminal .PHI.

  • Patent number: 5513818
Abstract: A tape winding apparatus, for winding a certain length of magnetic tape in a cassette, comprises a detection unit and a cassette distributor. The detection unit detects the existence of holes on the cassette, which are regarded as information used in winding the magnetic tape. The winding operation of the winding station is controlled by the information received from the detection unit. If the information set by a controller and the information detected by the detection unit do not match, the cassette is regarded as defective and is distributed to the appropriate location by the cassette distributor.

  • Patent number: 5240197
Abstract: An apparatus and method for winding a magnetic tape into a cassette. The apparatus provides a simple construction that allows a leader tape to be smoothly and quickly withdrawn from the cassette. The apparatus has a motor mounted on a base panel with a winding shaft for engaging the hub of the cassette mounted on the spindle of the motor. A spring-loaded retractable pawl is mounted in a groove in the winding shaft. When extended by the spring, the pawl engages the hub of the cassette to wind magnetic tape into the cassette. The hub is released by retracting the pawl into the groove of the winding shaft with a reciprocally movable pressing plate mounted perpendicular to the axis of the winding shaft that engages the end of the pawl.
