    Abstract: Before formation of a piconet, a computer transmits a search signal for checking whether a communication partner desired by the user is present in the communicable zone. Upon receiving the search signal, the computer transmits a response signal to the search signal and causes an LED to emit light or causes a buzzer to generate a sound to indicate that the computer is present in the communicable zone. With this operation, the user of the computer can visually recognize the position where the computer is present.
