  • Publication number: 20110242250
Abstract: A printer includes a lid part, a body part, a first rotating shaft, a second rotating shaft, a first engaging part having the first rotating shaft removably engaged therewith so as to allow the lid part to be opened and closed relative to the body part, and a second engaging part receiving the second rotating shaft in such a manner as to allow the second rotating shaft to rotate. In response to application of a first predetermined force, the first rotating shaft is removed from the first engaging part while absorbing a second predetermined force from the first predetermined force, and the lid part is allowed to rotate on the second rotating shaft to be opened and closed relative to the body part.

  • Publication number: 20110223544
Abstract: A resist pattern coating agent includes a hydroxyl group-containing resin and a solvent. The solvent includes an alcohol shown by a following formula (1) in an amount of about 30 mass % or more, R—OH??(1) wherein R represents a branched alkyl group having 3 to 10 carbon atoms. The resist pattern coating agent is used in a resist pattern-forming method. The method includes forming a first resist pattern on a substrate using a first radiation-sensitive resin composition. The first resist pattern is treated with the resist pattern coating agent. A second resist pattern is formed on the substrate treated with the resist pattern coating agent using a second radiation-sensitive resin composition.

  • Patent number: 8011844
Abstract: A printer is disclosed. The printer includes a main body which contains a paper roll container where a paper roll is loaded, a lid for closing an opening section of the main body through which opening section the paper roll is loaded in the paper roll container, a letter printing mechanism which is formed when the lid is closed, and a detecting arm disposed on a rear surface of the lid for detecting a near-end state of the paper roll. When the paper roll is loaded in the paper roll container and the lid is closed, an arm main body of the detecting arm contacts an outer circumferential surface of the paper roll. When the paper roll reaches the near-end state, the detecting arm does not contact the outer circumferential surface of the paper roll and is moved, and a switch disposed at the main body becomes OFF.

  • Patent number: 7202016
Abstract: A chemically amplified radiation-sensitive resin composition comprising a specific copolymer and a photoacid generator, wherein the copolymer contains the following recurring unit (1) and/or the recurring unit (2), and the recurring unit (3-1), wherein R1 is a hydrogen or methyl, R2 is a C4-10 tertiary alkyl, R3 and R4 are a hydrogen, C1-12 alkyl, C6-15 aromatic, C1-12 alkoxyl, or R3 and R4 may form, in combination and together with the nitrogen atom with which the R3 and R4 groups bond, a C3-15 cyclic structure, provided that R3 and R4 are not a hydrogen atom at the same time. The composition effectively responds to various radiations, exhibits excellent resolution and pattern configuration and minimal iso-dense bias, and can form fine patterns at a high precision and in a stable manner.
