    Abstract: An actuation transmission mechanism comprising a transmitting member that is pivotably supported to pivot in at least one driving direction from a predetermined initial position to be capable of transmitting its pivoting motion to a transmitted member that is pivotably supported in the vicinity of the transmitting member to pivot in at least one driven direction from a predetermined driven initial position, wherein the transmitting member has a formation such that when the transmitting member pivots from the initial position in the one driving direction, the transmitting member abuts against the transmitted member to make the transmitted member pivot in the one driven direction from the driven initial position to a predetermined detection position, and thereafter, though the transmitting member subsequently pivots in the one driving direction further, the transmitting member does not make the transmitted member pivot overly to a large extent in the one driven direction from the detection position.

    Abstract: An operating mechanism unit includes a motor, a worm wheel being rotated by the motor, a sector gear meshing with a pinion provided on one side of the worm wheel and rotating to an unlocking position and a locking position, switch levers connected to the sector gear and shifting to an unlocking position where engagement with a meshing mechanism is releasable and a locking position where the engagement cannot be released, and a key sub-lever pivotally supported on the same pivot on which the sector gear pivots. The key sub-lever is rotatable from a neutral position in an unlocking direction and a locking direction in synchronism with operation of a key cylinder so as to rotate the sector gear to the unlocking position by rotating in the unlocking direction and to rotate the sector gear in the locking direction by rotating in the locking direction.

Both sides of the attaching hole are opened to an outside of the resin part. The anchor penetrates the resin part through the attaching hole, and a tip end of the anchor is in the outside of the resin part. The exposure portion has a first supporting portion continued with the anchor, a second supporting portion, a flange located between the first and second supporting portions, and a projection continued with the second supporting portion. First and second levers are rotatably fitted on the first and second supporting portions, respectively. A base seat makes a contact with the tip end of the anchor when the anchor is inserted into the attaching hole.

    Abstract: A vehicle back door latch device has a striker fixed to a vehicle body, and a latch assembly fixed to a vehicle back door. The latch assembly comprises a main metal plate having a vessel-shaped storing portion for storing a latch, a sub metal plate fixed to the main metal plate so as to cover an upper opening of the storing portion. The storing portion is defined by a bottom wall, a front wall, a rear wall, a right-hand wall and a left-hand wall. A main notch portion and a sub notch portion are respectively formed in the bottom wall and the front wall for receiving the striker when the back door is closed. The rear wall is formed into an arc shape swelling backward. Engaging portions are respectively formed on both sides of the sub notch portion of the front wall, and studs which are engaged with the engaging portions when the back door is closed are fixed to the striker.

    Abstract: A powered sliding device for a sliding door comprises a wire drum rotated by a motor, a wire cable connecting the wire drum and the sliding door, a clutch mechanism provided between the wire drum and the motor. The clutch mechanism has a first coupling state for opening the door, a second coupling state for closing the door, and an uncoupling state. The wire drum has a cylindrical shape having a substantially closed end and an opposite open end, and an inner space formed inside thereof. The clutch mechanism is substantially provided within the inner space. The clutch mechanism is displaced into the first coupling state when the motor rotates in a given direction and displaced into the second coupling state when the motor rotates in a direction opposite to the given direction.

The powered sliding unit has a vertical base plate, a wire drum rotatably attached to the base plate by a horizontal shaft, and a wire cable for coupling the wire drum with the sliding door. The powered sliding unit is attached in an inner space inside of a rear outer side panel of the vehicle body.
