  • Patent number: 8177080
Abstract: A girder block lifting method, which can solve a problem that steel beams are inclined or fallen inward by lifting a heavy material, and a jack-up stage used therefor are provided. The method includes a main beam which can be provided between steel beams being targets of connection with the girder to construct a rigid frame structure, a height adjustment means (gate-shaped base) mounted on a cross beam member being parallel to the main beam and connecting other steel frames for adjusting height to the main beam, a connection beam for alternately connecting the main beam and the height adjustment means (gate-shaped base), and an auxiliary beam for connecting the connection beams. On a frame stage formed by connecting these beams, a plurality of lifting jacks are provided and a lifting sling is hung from upper part of the steel beam to enable jack-up of the girder block.

  • Patent number: 5282239
Abstract: A cordless telephone system serves a building with a moving conveyance such as an elevator. The system has at least one portable cordless telephone, at least one fixed base station that communicates with the portable cordless telephone by a wireless circuit outside the moving conveyance, and a moving-conveyance base station that communicates with the portable cordless telephone by a wireless circuit inside the moving conveyance. A central switch routes calls to the fixed base station or moving-conveyance base station according to the field strength of signals received at these stations from the portable cordless telephone.

  • Patent number: 4814681
Abstract: A rotary shaft position control apparatus in which the rotary shaft is stopped in one revolution. After detection that a flux emitter on the shaft has passed a position detector, the shaft speed is set to a first speed. The first speed is continued until a product of the first speed and the elapsed time at the first speed after passing the position detector equals a predetermined constant. Then, the speed is reduced to a second speed. Finally, the shaft is stopped when the flux emitter again passes the detector.
