    Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure provide an array antenna bandwidth enhancement method based on phase regulation and control, an apparatus and an array antenna, a reflection coefficient of the array is calculated utilizing a one-time-reflection model calculation formula determined based on a small reflection theory, thus saving a full-wave simulation time of a large-scale array, and greatly improving a design efficiency. Enhancement of a bandwidth of the array using the array bandwidth enhancement method based on phase regulation and control may save a time for stepwise increased and matching adjustment of the large-scale array, and reduce design complexity. The provided method is simple and efficient, and is beneficial to realization of a wideband design of the large-scale array antenna.

    Abstract: An objective of the present invention is to provide a method and apparatus for video transmission, wherein the video is initially stored in one or more other network devices. The method comprises receiving a second request for a video from a user equipment; forwarding the second request to other network device corresponding to the second request; determining a manner of obtaining the video based on a response, received from the other network device, to the second request; and transmitting the video obtained based on the manner of obtaining the video to the user equipment. Compared with the prior art, by uniformly determining a manner of obtaining a video and transmitting the obtained video to the user equipment the present invention, the present invent on lowers deployment difficulty, reduces bandwidth resource demands, and enhances the video sharing degree.

    Abstract: The present invention provides a method and system for improving video surveillance. The system comprises a video surveillance platform ViSS and a first server SVAS connected to the video surveillance platform. The video surveillance platform includes also a second server CSM and a gateway CSG. A user side camera captures the user's head motion and a user side DVS sends the captured video to the SVAS via the ViSS. The SVAS processes the video, analyzes the head motion and sends the result of analysis to the CMS, Then, the CMS sends a corresponding instruction to the CSG according to the result of analysis. Next, the CSG translates the received instruction into a PTZ control instruction and sends this PTZ control instruction to an on-site DVS. Finally, the on-site DVS indicates an on-site camera to perform a corresponding action according to the PTZ control instruction.
