  • Patent number: 12168793
Abstract: A method for enzymatically preparing a n-3 polyunsaturated fatty acid diacylglycerol using oil rich in n-3 polyunsaturated fatty acid as raw material to prepare diacylglycerol oil with selective enzymatic hydrolysis. Before the enzymatic reaction, the raw materials are homogenized to improve the catalytic efficiency of lipase in the hydrolysis and achieve the purpose of reducing the reaction time and the addition amount of lipase. As a result, the cost of industrial diacylglycerol preparation is reduced, ultimately reducing the cost of industrial diacylglycerol preparation. Therefore, the present invention provides an effective, mild and low-cost enzymatic method for preparing diacylglycerol rich in n-3 polyunsaturated fatty acids, which has a promising potential for industrial application.

  • Publication number: 20240383169
Abstract: A transparent wood surface imprinting optical device is provided. A preparation method for the device includes cleaning and drying surfaces of transparent wood, spin-coating polymethyl methacrylate (PMMA) on a substrate of the transparent wood to obtain a PMMA layer, and spin-coating an ultraviolet (UV) glue on the PMMA layer to obtain a UV glue layer; placing the transparent wood on a silicon wafer, attaching a transparent grating array imprinting template on the UV glue layer, exposing the UV glue layer, and removing the transparent grating array imprinting after the exposing, thereby to obtain a grating-structure-based transparent wood; and replacing the grating structure imprinting template by a lattice structure imprinting template to prepare lattice-structure-based transparent wood. The diffraction efficiency of the grating structure and the lattice structure on the transparent wood are greater and more stable than those of PMMA substrates.

  • Patent number: 11240955
Abstract: Provided is a method for planting a mixed forest of yew trees and fig trees. Yew trees and fig trees are interplanted based on characteristics of yew trees and fig trees. A seedling bed method is used in the plain zones, and a terrace field method is used in mountain zones in order to improve land utilization rate and make full use of complementary advantages of ecological niches. In the present disclosure, ground and underground spaces on tree growing site are fully used. Fig trees grow fast and have large leaves, thus shading part of sunlight for yew trees and savings costs required for building shade shelters for yew trees. By using the method for constructing a mixed forest in the present disclosure, the constructed mixed forest not only allows for increase of biomass, but also provides higher paclitaxel content in yew trees than that in pure forest.
