Abstract: A process for providing relevant video content to members of a communication group. When a triggering event to provide video content to a plurality of members of a communication group is detected, an electronic computing device assigns a reviewer rank to each one of the plurality of members of the communication group based on a user context associated with the respective members. The device then selects a member with the assigned reviewer rank higher than the respectively assigned reviewer ranks of other members and further transmits a notification to the member requesting permission to provide the video content to the members of the communication group. When a response indicating permission is received from the communication device associated with the selected member, the device provides the video content to the members associated with the communication group.

Abstract: A device, system and method for electronically implementing corrective actions based on keep-separate attributes is provided. A keep-separate attribute associated with respective inmate profiles is generated using electronic data indicative of monitoring inmates. Schedule data, associated with the inmate profiles, which violates the keep-separate attribute within a given time period, is modified using the keep-separate attribute, to indicate a physical separation between the inmates. The keep-separate attribute and/or modification of the schedule data occurs via one or more machine-learning algorithms. The modified schedule data is store and/or a notification of the modified schedule data is transmitted, to one or more communication devices, to instruct one or more correctional officers to physically separate the inmates within the given time period.

Abstract: An analysis engine of an anomaly detection system receives a communication associated with an inmate in a correctional facility, evaluates a keyword identified within the communication using an anomaly detection model, and determines whether the keyword is an anomaly indicating a potential activity associated with the inmate. In response to determining that the keyword is an anomaly, the analysis engine generates an alert for the anomaly, determines an authority to notify, and notifies the authority with the generated alert. The analysis engine may receive a feedback rating for the anomaly and may update the anomaly detection model using the feedback rating. In this way the accuracy of the anomaly detection system may be improved over time. The anomaly detection models may include general data, inmate-specific data, and parameters associated with the data. The parameters associated with the data may include a weight parameter or a threshold value.

Abstract: A device, system and method for electronically implementing corrective actions based on keep-separate attributes is provided. The electronic processor is configured to generate a graphical user interface, generate, on the display, a first push-to-talk button having a first dimension and located proximate to a conversation thread window including a historical view portion and a new-entry portion, and receive, on the display, a first user input selecting the new-entry portion. The electronic processor is further configured to generate on the display, in response to receiving the first user input, a text-entry portion, replace, in response to receiving the first user input, the first push-to-talk button with a second push-to-talk button at a same or different first location, receive, via the display, a second user input selecting the text-entry portion, and alter, in response to the second user input, the second push-to-talk button.
