    Abstract: A physiologic detection apparatus having an immersion configuration and a signal detection device. The signal detection device includes a wearable carrier, two insulating layers disposed on the wearable carrier, a conductive rubber layer sandwiched between the two insulating layers, a first buckle assembled to the two insulating layers, a second buckle engaged with the first buckle, and a sealing gasket that is arranged between the first buckle and the second buckle. A part of the first buckle protrudes from the wearable carrier and one of the two insulating layers adjacent thereto, and is engaged with the second buckle and is surrounded by the sealing gasket. The sealing gasket abuts against the wearable carrier and one of the two insulating layers adjacent thereto.

    Abstract: A signal detection device includes a wearable carrier, a waterproof layer disposed on the wearable carrier, a liquid storage layer disposed on the waterproof layer, a conductive fabric covering the liquid storage layer, an anti-slip layer disposed on the wearable carrier and spaced apart from the conductive fabric, and a signal transmission member. The conductive fabric has an extension portion that is not in contact with the liquid storage layer, and the signal transmission member pierces through and is fixed to the wearable carrier and the extension portion. The signal transmission member is spaced apart from the liquid storage layer by a predetermined spacing that is within a range from 5 mm to 12 mm. When the contact portion is in a moist state by being in contact with the liquid storage layer, the extension portion corresponding in position to the predetermined spacing is wetted through capillary action.

    Abstract: A UV LED reactor includes a housing having an inlet, an outlet and a reactor chamber; a UV LED module mounted to the housing configured to emit UV radiation into the reactor chamber having a selected wavelength range and with a selected energy (E); and a heatsink on the UV LED module configured to dissipate heat generated by the UV LED module. The heatsink on the UV LED module includes one or more surfaces in thermal communication or physical contact with the fluid, which improves the efficiency of heat transfer from the heatsink to the fluid and eliminates the need for cooling fans. The UV LED reactor can also include a UV transparent inner tube mounted to the inlet for generating a double UV exposure flow path through the reactor chamber. The UV LED reactor can also include a UV reflective coating on the sidewalls of the housing, or on a separate tube or sleeve mounted to the housing, configured to reflect UV radiation onto the fluid in the reactor chamber.

    Abstract: A very small piezoelectric sensor capable of being mass produced includes a core, a piezoelectric layer on a surface of the core; and a conductive layer on a surface of the piezoelectric layer away from the core. The core is flexible and threadlike, the core is a first electrode of the piezoelectric sensor, and the conductive layer is a second electrode of the piezoelectric sensor. An array of such sensors allows the “skin” of a robot for example to simulate the sensitivity of hair-covered human skin. A method for making the piezoelectric sensor and an electronic device using the piezoelectric sensor are also disclosed.

The organic boronic acid is bound to the surface through the first cross-linking agent, and the photoaffinity reagent is bound to the surface through a second cross-linking agent R2. Next, a glycoprotein is provided to contact the organic boronic acid, and the glycoprotein includes an Fc fragment. An alcohol group on a sugar chain of the Fc fragment and the boronic acid group of the organic boronic acid form an organic boronate ester to immobilize the glycoprotein. UV light irradiation is then performed, so that the photoaffinity reagent and the glycoprotein form a covalent cross-link.
