An apparent thickness (t2) of the top sheet 10 is 70% to 95% to an apparent thickness (t1) of the panty liner 1. The absorbent body 30 consists of a structure, in which a capillary rise height (h2) is higher than a capillary rise height (h1) of the top sheet 10.
