  • Patent number: 9283542
Abstract: A Chromatography medium having the properties of high virus adsorption and high fluidity, and a method for producing a virus vaccine using these are provided. The Chromatography medium is formed by binding a sulfated polysaccharide to porous particles having an exclusion limit molecular weight of 6000 Da or less when pure water is used as mobile phase and standard polyethylene glycol is used and an average particle size in the range of 30-200 ?m.

  • Patent number: 8588042
Abstract: A recording-and-reproducing apparatus for managing content data recorded on a removable recording medium includes: a device configured to acquire reproduction information required for reproducing the content data; a device configured to generate a first management file for individually managing the content data; a device configured to register control information for the content data in a second management file collectively managing the content data. Further, the apparatus includes a device configured to read out the control information in the second management file recorded on the recording medium; a memory in which the control information of the second management file read out by the read-out device is expanded; a device configured to compare the control information in the second management file expanded in the memory and the content data recorded on the recording medium; and a device configured to update the control information in the second management file expanded in the memory.

  • Publication number: 20130034592
Abstract: A hydrogel composed of a polyanionic polysaccharide derivative having a hydrophobic group introduced by covalent bonding and a salt solution with a salt concentration of 50 mM or more and 200 mM or less, the hydrogel having an aggregate structure with an average particle diameter of 100 to 2000 nm in the diluted solution, as well as a method for manufacturing the hydrogel comprising the steps of preparing a mixture containing a polyanionic polysaccharide derivative having a hydrophobic group introduced and a salt solution with a salt concentration of 50 mM or more and 200 mM or less and subjecting the mixture to heat treatment. The hydrogel of the present invention has a long-term stability and may be filtered using a porous filter having a pore diameter of 5 ?m or more.

  • Patent number: 8229273
Abstract: A recording-and-reproducing apparatus for reproducibly controlling data recorded on a recording medium includes: a device configured to acquire control information required for reproducing the data when the data is recorded; a device configured to control operations during the period from the start to the end of recording data on the recording medium. The apparatus further includes a device configured to determine whether a recorded file of the data exceeds a predetermined limit of a storage capacity of a file system in the recoding medium and sequentially generate a subsequent recorded file upon exceeding the limit. Moreover, the apparatus includes a device configured to generate a single recording-and-reproducing unit during the period on the recording medium indicated by the control device based on a plurality of recorded files upon exceeding the limit; and a device configured to update the control information by recording the single recording-and-reproducing unit on the control information.
