    Abstract: The invention concerns the advertisement of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning, AIML, capabilities between stations of a wireless network. AIML technology can be used to drive communication features or mechanisms within the network. A first station transmits, to a second station, a management frame including AIML profile information defining a profile of AIML capabilities at the first station. The AIML profile information is based on pre-defined AIML profiles or sub-profiles. A non-AP station may receive such AIML profile information from two or more AP stations and then select one of these AP stations that best matches its own AIML capabilities, to join its BSS. Similarly, an AP station receiving such AIML profile information from a non-AP station may decide whether to accept or refuse an association of the non-AP station to its BSS.
