  • Patent number: 11592583
Abstract: A radiation imaging apparatus comprising a pixel array and a readout circuit is provided. The readout circuit includes an integrating amplifier configured to read out a signal from the pixel, a sample-and-hold circuit configured to sample an output from the integrating amplifier, and an A/D convertor configured to perform analog/digital conversion on an output from the sample-and-hold circuit and output the converted output. The apparatus performs first control and second control in parallel in an accumulation period for accumulating the signal in the pixel array. In the first control, the A/D convertor performs an analog/digital conversion operation, and in the second control, the integrating amplifier outputs a reference potential and the A/D convertor is electrically connected to a node configured to output the reference potential of the integrating amplifier.

  • Publication number: 20220409426
Abstract: The present invention addresses the problem of providing: a mouthpiece having a shape that adequately conforms to the teeth rows, etc., of a user, the mouthpiece having an excellent feel during wearing; and a method for manufacturing the mouthpiece. A mouthpiece for solving the abovementioned problem includes a mouthpiece body part having a hard section, which has a groove for accommodating the teeth rows and/or the gums, and a soft section, which contains a material having a lower bending elasticity than that of the hard section. The proportion of the maximum thickness of the soft section to the minimum thickness of the soft section is 5 or greater.

  • Patent number: 11128820
Abstract: A radiation imaging apparatus includes a pixel array including n pixel rows, where n?3, and a driving circuit configured to scan the pixel array from a first row toward an nth row, counting from one end of the pixel array. In a case where a region of interest is included in a partial region composed of pixel rows from an ith row to a jth row, where 1<i?j<n, the driving circuit starts scanning of the pixel array from the first row, and starts scanning of the pixel array from the first row again during scanning of pixel rows from a (j+1)th row to the nth row.
